GGuest UserThis time I went to Lushan and chose this homestay. From the moment the reservation was successful, I felt full of sincerity. The boss was very careful, called me in advance to register the information, and patiently explained other matters, which made people feel particularly at ease.
What surprised me the most was the high-speed rail station pick-up service! The boss personally went to the high-speed rail pick-up station, chatted with us enthusiastically along the way, and sent us to the high-speed rail station when he came back. This kind of intimate service really makes people so happy!
The room was clean and tidy, and the details were all attentive. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the windows are large, the ventilation effect is very good, and the sleep is particularly quiet at night. The bathroom also has no smell and the cleaning is very meticulous.
We ate twice at his house, the food was authentic and delicious, all local specialties, let us outsiders taste the authentic Lushan flavor.

GGuest UserThe owners of this place are the nicest people ever! Even though we did not ask, they gave us a ride to and from the train station as well as to Chairman Mao's former residence. The location is great, it would not have been a long walk but the ride made our visit even smoother. The hosts gave us Chairman Mao pins for free and made us delicious breakfast for a really cheap price. They truly are such nice people! They don't speak much English but I'm sure you would manage just fine with a translator app. The room was a great fit for us, two couples travelling together, and it had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night since there is not a whole lot to see in this town but we would have loved to stay for longer just because the hosts were so nice. I would definitely recommend this place! 谢谢你们对我们的悉心照顾!

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new, room is clean and service is pretty good, every alternative day, there will be some complementary snack given to you at the counter. Whole in lobby waiting, the staff will offer you chinese tea to drink. Very attentive to anything happens in the room and will fix the problem as soon as possible. The con is food is limited in varieties daily, I would propose to get a fresh coffee grind machine, didn't like the instant coffee mix machine. Secondly, if your room is facing the main road, it can awfully get noisy.

我們一大家定了6間房，在潤基民宿住了2晚，非常滿意。

GGuest UserStayed in a room in the main building. The hotel is in a good location, close to South Railway Station and not far from Shaoshan. The hotel facilities are good and the layout is very charming. The waiters were all friendly and the service was attentive. What impressed me most was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of Manager Li Xiu.
The food in the restaurant is delicious and the prices are relatively affordable, especially the restaurant on the second floor. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, which can satisfy those who like swimming and stay near Shaoshan. There is a gift shop downstairs for convenient shopping.
The disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a washing machine, which is still a traditional hotel practice. There are also no laundry bags for dirty clothes, but rudimentary plastic bags are provided.

GGuest UserStayed here for two days, it is worth visiting in depth, very close to the core attractions such as Grandpa Mao's former residence, bronze statue square, life exhibition, etc. It is within walking distance, there are environmental protection station points nearby, and it is convenient to go to other attractions. The boss is also a Mao family. I heard a lot of fun things. The proprietress is a clean person. The sanitation is very good. There is a disposable mattress. I have lived in the most worry-free time in the homestay. I will come again next time!

AAnonymous User💰 The price is absolutely amazing! Too much beyond expectations! The price is close to the people, but the facilities are not vague, the rooms are clean and bright, and well equipped. The staff is particularly caring and has questions and answers. The location is very good to find, surrounded by nightingales and convenience stores. Although it is a budget hotel, the service and experience do not lose the big name. Stayed at ease, slept soundly, really good value for money! Must Amway to give everyone, full praise! 👍

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is great, with easy access to transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The environment is quiet and safe, offering great value for money. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

TTih KoonStayed for one night. Was not my first choice, but had to stay here because foreigners allowed at this hotel. Many other hotels in Xiangxiang do not allow foreigners to check-in.
Check-in process was smooth, and staff courteous and professional. Standard room with the standard amenities. Located right in the city center.
Could not comment on other aspects because did not experience/use.
