GGuest UserComfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

AAnonymous UserI rarely comment, but I really want to give Fengxi series of B&Bs a thumbs up!
Hygiene: I have stayed in many B&Bs, and Fengxi really can’t fault it. The items provided in the room are free and can be taken away, including minibar, milk and large bottles of mineral water.
Environment: There is a parking lot at the door. There are two delicious restaurants nearby. There is an electric car rental and a small supermarket next to it. It is also very close to Fried Rice Street. It costs five yuan to take a taxi. You can also walk directly to the sightseeing lane and take a sightseeing tour. When we were in the car, we told the driver that we could get off at Fengxi and walk back to the hotel. Especially convenient.
Scenery: I have to admire Fengxi’s location selection. Living on the third floor, looking out looks like a painting! There is also a public terrace on the third floor. Even if your room is below, you can take photos on the third floor public terrace. It is really photogenic!
Service: We have a lot of luggage. When we arrived at Fengxi, two lovely ladies helped us carry four large suitcases up. We asked for help, but the ladies said nothing and ran away with the suitcases, including the housekeeper. (I forgot to ask my name, and he was polite and polite with glasses). No matter what needs or questions we had, he would help answer them in detail. He recommended several photo spots in the scenic spots to me. They are all beautiful. Thank you very much. In short, the service is great. Really considerate!
Breakfast: Although there are not many varieties, it tastes good and is clean. The service staff of the B&B also ate with us.
I’ll stay in Fengxi next time I come!

There is a special coffee shop with juice. The coffee beans are imported from Vietnam and the orange juice is squeezed from fresh oranges. Freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly ground coffee are very fresh.
There are also special swing entertainment facilities in the hotel's small garden, which are very suitable for children to play.
Overall, this Qianshanli Health Inn is very good. Highly recommended, must come!

Every service staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. Then let's talk about the disadvantages. Although the service staff is very friendly, the service ability really needs to be improved. The luggage cart in the morning cannot be called, the restaurant does not have drinks (only the lobby bar has), the supplies are insufficient (the room has a brand new coffee machine without capsules), and the bar does not have a ready-made wine list (it's very interesting here. It is said that the hotel has hundreds of thousands of Cuban cigars and whiskeys, but there is no menu. The waiter called on the spot to get a wine list that is not like a four-in-one. It is recommended that the owner check the inventory. It is estimated that it is all loss). At the same time, there is no charging pile in the parking lot of this level of hotel, and you have to go to the town to charge... This service quality is in stark contrast to the facilities. 惠惠youngTake the bus from Xingyinan Station to Wanfenglin Scenic Area, and it's a two-minute walk from the main gate. They upgraded my room and even provided an electric blanket in case I got cold, so I slept warmly and comfortably. The restaurant on the first floor is run by the owner, and the egg fried rice is delicious. While the accommodation doesn't offer a view of the rice fields, the proximity to the bus stop made it very convenient for a foreigner like me. Wanfenglin Scenic Area is free outside of opening hours, making it a great place for a morning or evening stroll. The owner also lent me a bicycle, allowing me to explore every nook and cranny of Buyi Village. Thank you so much. Even though there aren't many reviews, don't hesitate and definitely visit!😊

GGuest UserThe room was amazing and super spacious. The owner even upgraded us to a triple room. The facilities were incredibly complete, and the courtyard was huge with a small swing. The rooftop balcony offered a stunning view of the rapeseed flowers – absolutely breathtaking! The owner was also incredibly kind; even though we hadn't done any research beforehand, she provided us with a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from food and accommodation to entertainment. It was truly fantastic! The guesthouse's little dog, named 80 Million, was also incredibly cute and friendly.

GGuest UserThis hotel is just amazing ! My room was very nice and cosy, the yard so enjoyable and beautiful with many plants and trees. The house is very well maintain and you can see that the personnel take great care of it. The localisation is perfect to visit Wanfenglin, the Canyon, Xingyi and all places of interest around. The owner, Tang Tang, her family and the girl working with her, Dawn, are amazing people who care so much about their guests. They speak English, especially Dawn who was an English teacher. They are so nice that they made me feel at home. They helped me with everything I needed and made my stay in Wanfenglin an unforgettable experience. I recommend this place so much, I can't imagine a better one !

GGuest UserI have to say, this B&B is really great. The room is large and very clean, with no watermarks on the floor, as shown in the picture. The owner was very enthusiastic in recommending us nearby places to eat and play. The beef restaurant she recommended was really delicious, and we all gave it a thumbs up! It's also very convenient to be near the scenic area, and there's an elevator, so we didn't have to worry about carrying luggage!

Came with my parents, aunt, and brothers. The room is large and cozy. There is a mountain view when you open the door. You can rent an electric car within a ten-minute walk. The lady boss took the initiative to tell us a lot of places to play. She even helped call the owner of the electric car store because it was raining and asked them to pick up the car when the rain stopped. The next day, he helped us bring breakfast because he went out early in the morning. Come and stay and watch~
