We stayed for three nights. This newly opened guesthouse is very new; the beds were clean, and the curtains and air conditioning in the rooms were smart. There's an elevator, which made moving luggage very convenient. The landlady was also very welcoming, showing us where to rent tricycles and introducing the Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area, which is definitely worth seeing at night—the fireworks show alone is worth the price of admission, and it's also a great place for taking photos. I especially want to praise the pillows. Usually, hotel pillows are either too high or too soft, which makes it difficult for me to sleep, but the pillows here were very comfortable and had great rebound. Even the children didn't find them too high, and we slept in until almost 10 am each night. The price-performance ratio is truly excellent, and I highly recommend it.

The view is beautiful, the floor-to-ceiling windows are unobstructed, the transportation is convenient, and it is on the main road. Knowing that my in-laws were elderly and had difficulty traveling, she immediately drove to the high-speed rail station to pick them up and drop them off, providing meticulous and thoughtful service throughout. She treated them with the patience and care of her own elders, making the elderly couple feel instantly at ease upon arrival. After checking in, we discovered the kitchen lacked proper utensils, making cooking inconvenient. She repeatedly and warmly invited us to her home for meals, where a table was laden with steaming hot Guizhou-style home-cooked dishes, each bite a taste of home. The owner isn't a relative, but she's more than a family member. This sincerity and kindness were especially precious in an unfamiliar city, and they warmed our hearts. The owner was incredibly cheerful and generous, always enthusiastically recommending great attractions in Xingyi to help us avoid any pitfalls. She also absolutely adores animals! I brought my pet along without any worries or inconvenience; she was gentle and loving, exceptionally caring and tolerant of the little guy. We were truly lucky to have such a kind and compassionate pet owner. Being guests here was the greatest blessing of our trip. Gu Shang Ju not only boasts impeccable hospitality, but its facilities and attention to detail are also exceptional, completely exceeding our expectations. The entire house is equipped with smart technology. Just a simple call of ”Xiao Ai” (a smart speaker) upon entering allows you to easily manage everything in the house. No lifting a finger, no hassle—lazy people, the elderly, and children can all enjoy a very comfortable stay. The room design is warm and stylish, the decor exquisite and sophisticated, and the bedding is so soft and comfortable that you won't want to get up, sleeping soundly through the night. The attention to detail is evident throughout: the shower water is softened, with a gentle flow that leaves you feeling relaxed and comfortable after a bath; the in-room drinking fountain is a major highlight, providing sweet, warm drinking water with just the touch of a button—clean, hygienic, convenient, and quick, ensuring safe drinking water for the elderly and children at all times. The room itself is very new, yet completely odorless, clean, tidy, and well-ventilated, demonstrating meticulous daily cleaning and maintenance. Most thoughtfully, it also features an elevator, making it easy for the elderly or those with a lot of luggage to move around—perfect for family trips. The location is also superb, facilitating both travel and daily life! It's a ten-minute walk to the Malinghe Scenic Area, a 20-minute drive to the Wanfenglin 5A Scenic Area, and half an hour to the Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area. Whether you're visiting attractions or enjoying the scenery, everything is within easy reach, saving you time and effort. The surrounding amenities are surprisingly comprehensive: downstairs there's a farmers' market, pharmacy, supermarket, and countless restaurants and snack shops offering authentic flavors and a wide variety of choices. There are also two billiard halls, providing everything you need for leisure and entertainment. Staying here eliminates all the inconvenience of getting around or daily life, making for a truly immersive travel experience. The value for money is so high that I can't help but feel sorry for the owner: the prices are affordable, yet every detail—the decor, service, and everything else—is impeccable. She treats every guest with care, warmth, and sincerity. I often wonder, can such a genuine and dedicated woman really make money? In 2026, my New Year's journey began at Gu Shang Ju. Here, there was a comfortable living environment, meticulous care, and a rare sense of human warmth. Take the bus from Xingyinan Station to Wanfenglin Scenic Area, and it's a two-minute walk from the main gate. They upgraded my room and even provided an electric blanket in case I got cold, so I slept warmly and comfortably. The restaurant on the first floor is run by the owner, and the egg fried rice is delicious. While the accommodation doesn't offer a view of the rice fields, the proximity to the bus stop made it very convenient for a foreigner like me. Wanfenglin Scenic Area is free outside of opening hours, making it a great place for a morning or evening stroll. The owner also lent me a bicycle, allowing me to explore every nook and cranny of Buyi Village. Thank you so much. Even though there aren't many reviews, don't hesitate and definitely visit!😊

The hotel was well-maintained, the common areas were nicely tidied, and the breakfast we had at Qishi Renjia restaurant with our meal vouchers was good. The room facilities and decor were simple, but the beds were comfortable. It was worth the weekday price.

From the moment we arrived, the location completely stole our hearts — nestled perfectly to offer breathtaking views of the mountains right from our room window. Waking up to that stunning scenery every morning was a dream come true. But what truly set this experience apart was Rose’s incredible care and attention. When we unexpectedly got sick during our stay, Rose went above and beyond to assist us with kindness and genuine concern. She made sure we had everything we needed, from medical advice to thoughtful comfort measures, making us feel safe and supported far beyond what we expected. In order to avoid traffic jams in other places on May Day, I chose to stay here for four nights. The Yunnan purple bougainvillea in the yard was in full bloom, and the tuberose at the door smelled strong every night. I like growing flowers and I like this yard very much. The mulberries in the yard fell all over the floor. , I picked a few black ones to eat, they were so sweet. I walked five minutes from the alley opposite to the fried rice street. You can have breakfast, dinner, and dinner at the snack bar opposite. When I saw the room next door, I ordered a bowl of noodles and took it back to the room to eat. Return the bowl when you're done. It's nice to take your time in the country life without any pressure.

There were not many rooms, but they were all complete, very design, and felt like Lijiang! Every floor can chat and sit, very relaxing and healing! The bed in the room was very big, and it was warm to lie on. It turned out that there was an electric blanket. It was amazing. It was so comfortable to sleep warmly! The disposable bath towel toilet pad is very thoughtful! The three-story terrace is so relaxing to see the scenery! I had the attitude of giving it a try, but I gained a lot of warmth. Came with my parents, aunt, and brothers. The room is large and cozy. There is a mountain view when you open the door. You can rent an electric car within a ten-minute walk. The lady boss took the initiative to tell us a lot of places to play. She even helped call the owner of the electric car store because it was raining and asked them to pick up the car when the rain stopped. The next day, he helped us bring breakfast because he went out early in the morning. Come and stay and watch~

There are plenty of snacks and restaurants, parking is convenient, and it's easy to get to scenic spots. The front desk staff are very helpful. Xingyi is a great place. Taking a taxi is best to get to Malinghe; parking is a bit difficult if you drive.
