GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the room was clean. We missed out on the costume photography experience though, as the photographers, who collaborate with the hotel, had already finished for the day by the time we arrived.

GGuest UserGreat location, close to West Market and the Floating Market, so you can easily visit the morning market. It's also not far from Yan University, which is convenient for finding food on the popular 'influencer' street. The room was quite clean, and the facilities were relatively new. Definitely recommend!

GGuest UserFive stars, highly recommend the Echarm Hotel Yanji! The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring local eateries. The lobby has a fantastic retro coffee shop vibe, and the room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money. Both the cleanliness and service are impeccable. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation in Yanji, and I'll be staying here again on my next visit!

WWoyaochuquzouzouzouI was a little confused before coming here because I always like newer and larger hotels. Later, I thought about going to the Folk Custom Park to take photos the next day after arriving, so I decided to stay here on the first night, so I booked one night. Unexpectedly, it was completely beyond my expectations. Although the facilities are old, I have to say that, but they are very well maintained. The room size is OK, but everything is very complete. Since Yanji is not big, it is very convenient to go everywhere, so I booked this hotel for the next two days. The front desk was very enthusiastic, especially on the third night, the parent-child room we originally booked was gone. The hotel not only showed me other rooms, but also let me book the cheapest room. They arranged the floor I wanted for me, and gave me free breakfast. When I left, I gave a small lucky bag. Very considerate. Yanji is suitable for eating, drinking and taking photos, so the room is completely OK. The cost performance is very high. I praise it.

666707338The A Duo Hotel on Lihua Road, near Yanbian University in Yanji, is conveniently located. However, the alleyways leading to and from the hotel at night can be quite dark. The 'influencer wall' is simply the neon signs of the multi-story shops opposite Yanbian University. Of course, it's quite lively and attractive after dark, and the crowd itself is part of the scenery. As for the hotel, all aspects are pretty average – neither particularly good nor bad. If you can't find anything better, it's an acceptable option. (Mainly because it's a renovated old building, so there are always various imperfections.)

TTaoxiao7Upon check-in, the hotel front desk upgraded my room. After checking out at around 8:00 AM the next day, I received a call from the hotel around 4:00 PM, saying there was a large, noticeable oil stain on the stool in my room, suspecting it was caused by my stay. I explained that I'd noticed the oil stain on my pants while tidying up, and I assumed it was from the stool. Naively, I thought the hotel would apologize. It wasn't until the staff member explained that I'd probably sat on the stool outside and then returned to sit on it, causing the stain. Then I realized they were implying compensation. I asked the staff if they'd found any oily debris in the room. If not, why were they so brazenly questioning me? Although we mediated the issue through the platform and received an apology on the hotel's behalf, their actions were deeply offensive and completely ruined my afternoon outing. They were questioning the guest without any basis. First, I hadn't eaten anything in the room, not even fruit. Secondly, checking out at 8:00 AM and contacting the guest 8 or 9 hours later to report the stain was extremely unprofessional.

EE23538****Facilities: The laundry room is excellent, with 3 washers and 3 dryers. It gets busy in the evenings, but the wait isn't too bad. They also provide hand-wash detergent. The laundry room itself is spacious and comfortable.
Cleanliness: Clean and comfortable.
Ambiance: The front desk and most facilities are on the 14th floor. It's a large area and looks quite new. The rooms are also spacious enough, making it quite good for an economy chain hotel, though the price is a bit higher.
Service: I only experienced service when interacting with the front desk, and it was just average, to be honest. The reception staff felt a bit cold.

HHanmuThe environment is quite new and good, but there are some details. No one responded after placing the order. Later, no one responded after adding WeChat. I contacted Ctrip customer service again and finally got in touch with someone. There was another cold night. The homestay had changed the thin quilt. There was an air conditioner on the tatami in the living room, but there was no remote control. I contacted at 10:50 to ask where the remote control was, but there was no response. Later, I found a thick quilt in the closet. The owner of the homestay said the next day that he had slept at that time so he didn't respond. The water heater needs to adjust the water temperature when you check in, because it takes a while to heat up, otherwise the temperature is not enough when taking a shower.

GGuest UserMy stay was very good. It is a newly opened hotel and is very conveniently located next to the Folklore Garden. There is also a Hanbok rental display area on the first floor of the hotel. The clothes are so beautiful! The newly opened hotel room is very clean and has no smell! Next to it is a local high-end residential area, and the environment is very quiet at night. Oh, there are also disposable bath towels and towels, which just solve the problem of going out as a little germophobe like me.
