It's the top choice for a rural vacation. The best thing to eat is the local free-range goat meat, especially the famous local ground pepper goat meat, which is much better than the signature Hengshan goat meat in Yulin. The owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. A very good trip!

The entire county is built on it, and it is the hometown of the popular song ”The East is Red”. We stayed in the warmest hotel in Jiaxian. The boss and the boss's wife are simple, kind and honest people from northern Shaanxi. Because we arrived late and my family had difficulty moving, the boss waited for us and arranged a free room upgrade for us. He also enthusiastically recommended nearby food and travel details to us. In the morning, the boss's wife warmly saw us off and recommended breakfast and driving routes! I left this beautiful little town on the Yellow River with a warm heart! I'll stay at your house again! It's a nice small hotel close to restaurants and shops. The reason why I wasn't completely satisfied, is that they didn't understand first that I had booked the room on Trip and they were confused by registering a foreigner. Their description says, that this hotel accepts foreigners, so it shouldn't be a problem. They registered me, everything was fine, but it was too time-consuming.
