At Haolaizai the staff are very kind and are always eager to help. They had ordered food for us and also helped with getting a taxi to the destination. The room was absolutely amazing with a protector we were able to watch many movies and the bathroom was very relaxing and modern. I would totally stay here again

For a hotel in Zhangpu, this is already an excellent choice. The aesthetics are great, the facilities are comprehensive, and safety is paramount. You need a card to enter the elevator, and even takeout is delivered by robots. The toilet and shower are separate.

I waited for a long time (after learning that it was handling the customer complaint). After I got the room card, I opened the door. It was an uncleaned room. After the shock, I went downstairs and changed rooms at the front desk to check in. The front desk was very good that night. The compensation plan offered by the hotel was 2 cups of coffee. I didn't want this coffee. Is the staff who handled this customer complaint the next morning anxious to hand over the task? For the guests who arrived at the store around 23.30 and experienced twists and turns at about 12 o'clock (do not disturb at the same time), I heard a knock on the door at 9 o'clock in the morning. After being forced to wake up, I opened the door and actually came to deliver coffee? ? ? It's really hard to stretch. The coffee was not drunk in the end, and the rest was not rested. When we checked out, the front desk did not mention this to us again. In the future, we can be alone. I hope that the hotel room management can be strengthened, and at the same time, don't shoot the horse's leg 😅

Quite new and very clean, much better than other hotels in the area that were last renovated over a decade ago. It has a smart toilet seat and complimentary breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience, I'd definitely book this place again if there's availability.

After leaving Pisces Island, campground, I headed an hour over to the volcano park and found this coffee hotel. It’s less than a kilometer away from the grocery store and maybe eight minutes from the volcano park.  The room has everything you need unless you need a bathrobe.  There is a restaurant and coffee shop.  The courtyard has room for the families to play badminton.  There is not an elevator, but you can get help if needed.  It’s a very organic neighborhood just off of the main road.  There’s a huge movie screen on the wall and some tatami seating.  Nice staff, comfortable bed.  Just stayed one night so to take in the sites of the ancient city. It’s 60 to 90 minutes to the ancient city.  it’s only 10 minutes from the surf shop. Great stay.

酒店在歡樂島內，衛生程度很好，不過酒店餐廳的開放時間完全不靠譜，問了時間，每一天按着時間時再打過去還是關門了，大抵完全沒有打算開吧，而且附近能送餐的餐廳也不多。 前台客服挺友善，我們去的時候有活動在進行，所以很多島內的設施也沒有開放，但整體的體驗也不錯。
