The most unacceptable thing was that the two front desks kept whispering about opening the sixth floor or the seventh floor. Finally, I discussed the room at the elevator entrance. The hotel front desk with the children is generally very user-friendly. This experience is very poor. I will not choose this hotel again in the future.
