AAilvyouThe hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby is luxurious and grand. The room's amenities are good, but the decor's dark colors don't create a cozy atmosphere. The old bedding combined with dim lighting gives an unclean impression. However, the front desk and in-room bar service were both very good! Breakfast was fantastic!

GGuest UserIt's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's close to the square and in a great location for walking around town. The staff were all very friendly, especially the breakfast reception staff who always greeted us with a smile.
The breakfast buffet had a great selection of items, and even though we stayed for three nights we couldn't eat it all. It was so delicious that we woke up looking forward to it every morning.
The view was a bit disappointing, but it's a hotel we'll definitely stay at the next time we go to Brno.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of Brno. In addition to a beautiful lobby and clean rooms with good amenities, the hotel is characterized by its very good service.
I recommend booking a room with a city view. This offers a very nice view of the old cathedral.
A welcome drink was provided. The breakfast is also recommended. A good selection of good products combined with excellent service guarantee a good start to the day.
For the journey from the train station, I advise against booking a taxi during the Christmas period. Due to restrictions on access, the direct walk from the train station would have been shorter.
All in all, I would recommend the hotel at any time!

LLINGThe appearance of the hotel is very big, it is a leisure resort hotel, some distance from the city, it is more convenient to drive by car. The hotel has a swimming pool and many saunas, so you can spend an afternoon in it. One of the swimming pools can also swim nude. Many middle-aged men jump into the nude pool, and there are also some old ladies. Young people generally choose to walk by quietly.

YYinghuaxiaolu酒店位置非常好，距離火車站走路十分鐘，周圍就是自由廣場和幾個著名的教堂等。店家自釀啤酒配烤肉是絕配，我們晚上兩頓都是在這吃的。早餐很好，服務很貼心，本來由於較早退房擔心早晨沒人上班，提前去問問退房情況，結果店家直接問我們的早餐趕不上酒店的怎麼解決？然後説晚上提前給我們準備好放冰箱裏，兩個人的早餐把小冰箱都塞滿了

韩韩The room was clean, spacious, the front desk service was very good, and a sister said a standard American spoken English. The score was not the best, but the price was very high. The breakfast was also quite rich and the materials were very good. Really what to say is not good, that is, the floor heating temperature is too high. The environment is very old-fashioned and well-established. Brno is very small. In fact, it is convenient to take a taxi if you live in other places. I stayed at Courtyard a few nights ago.

Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok.
Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea.
Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.

EErcan TugayWe stayed for two nights and overall, it was a great stay. Lovely staff, good location and quiet neighborhood. Since Brno is a really small city, the hotel is at a walking distance to almost everywhere in the city, including the train station and Masaryk University. The restrooms having bidet nozzle is also a huge plus. I highly recommend Hotel Europa to everyone who wishes to stay in Brno.
