The library, which houses the Milan Kundera Memorial Room, and the Janáček Memorial are also within walking distance. While it's not a luxury hotel, it's recommended for those seeking a more spacious accommodation at a similar price. Best of all, it's an apartment complex where actual residents live, allowing you to experience the (old-fashioned) living spaces of locals."

"We had terrible experiences with this Hotel , the Hotel had some issues, and they cut off the water looked for concierge at the lobby but was unattended for a while, the concierge run with the bucket traying to catching up the water leaks the water shortage start from 2300-0200 the next day the hotel stuff makes a new stories to justify the situation left the written complaint for Nikola Kopecna the Hotel manager highly recommending to avoid this Hotel"

"Be aware, there are some rooms at this hotel that the toilet is not inside the room. It is a private toilet but you need to leave your room and go to a different place. Very inconvenient every time you want to go to the loo or having a shower."

"There is nothing wrong with the hotel. The location of the hotel, less than 2 minutes walk from Brno train station, is perfect if you have to travel further by train. The room was rather small, but that's OK for just one night as a transit person. If you're on a longer holiday, you might want to ask for a larger room. The staff are very friendly and speak fluent English. The room was clean and the furnishings were modern."

"The hotel is nice and the breakfast is above average. Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok. Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea. Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest."

"The hotel is a little out of town, but there are plenty of transport options to get to the centre. The building itself is dated, although it's evidently undergone a major interior renovation. The rooms are small, but very clean and well-equipped - with good views of the surrounding countryside. The bathroom has one of those shower curtains with a telescopic pole over the bath. Unfortunately it fell down during my shower. Breakfast is excellent with a wide range of options."

"It's right in front of the station and super beautiful! Since express trains stop here, it's easy to get anywhere. The south exit was under construction and a little difficult to access, and the pedestrian crossing is on the north side, so it might be better to go from the north exit."

The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk from the Brno Grandhotel station where buses arrive and depart to and from other cities, such as Vienna and Prague. Clean and spacious room, clean bathrooms and showers, with hot water always available. Small area with kettle, microwave, dishwasher and a set of plates and cutlery. Rooms with safe, locker, and small sink."

"Worst apparment I have booked in years. Poor communication, hard to find, yet very central. Does not look like in the pictures: everything is a little off like broken toilet seat and shower holder. No hand towels. Bedsheets are too narrow so they keep coming off all night. In summer, it's hot in the apartment and keeping the window open means a lot of noise from the pedestrian streets. Only one key! This place has nothing to do with "luxury" (as they call themselves Luxury Apartment). Basically it was clean, but poorly maintained. Parking they offer is very shady and expensive. AVOID!!"

It would be even better with a computer and printer available to customers. The parking lot can be full in front of the hotel. Tram 200 m from the hotel to go to Brno."

"We stayed for two nights in junior suite. We chose it for the spa which then was out of service due to fire incident so we did not feel like trying it when they reopened. The walk to the city centre is about 20 min and similar time to main train station. Although room was on the main road it was not too bad and quiet at night. Aircon worked. Room was spacious, with two bathrooms and two toilets: one with shower, the other one with bathtub. Unfortunately water was lukewarm to warm so not suitable for actually taking the bath… Breakfast was fantastic with fresh ingredients to make yourself a juice - I have never seen it in any other hotel so big plus. Also there was an omelet station. Restaurant and brewery is worth trying for their own lager and modern twist on Czech classics. Overall very clean hotel of excellent value and I would return. We got welcome drinks."
