"This was one of the best hotels visits ever. The environment, the service, the natural smile from the staff – everything added up to a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was incredible and it is very hard to think of anything that will improve it. Everything was nice and clean and everything worked. It was like the staff enjoyed their work and enjoyed giving you a good time in a relaxed manner. I can strongly recommend this hotel and if my wife and I ever are going to Brno again, we will prioritize to stay there again."

"The hotel is located by the river, a modern and stylish family-friendly hotel. Everything in the small wine cabinet in the room was complimentary. It was the first time I'd stayed at a hotel that offered free snacks and soft drinks; very nice!"

"Reception and cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever practical issues we had. Had the penthouse and all was great. Bit overpriced parking and breakfast is really sub par compared to this supposedly being a 4 star hotel. We are not being particular picky, but the selection and quality was that of a 2 star. 1 elevator makes waiting sometimes long."

"Worst apparment I have booked in years. Poor communication, hard to find, yet very central. Does not look like in the pictures: everything is a little off like broken toilet seat and shower holder. No hand towels. Bedsheets are too narrow so they keep coming off all night. In summer, it's hot in the apartment and keeping the window open means a lot of noise from the pedestrian streets. Only one key! This place has nothing to do with "luxury" (as they call themselves Luxury Apartment). Basically it was clean, but poorly maintained. Parking they offer is very shady and expensive. AVOID!!"

"We booked a Deluxe Room, which was actually the lowest category of rooms in this hotel. As a result, we got a room facing the inner courtyard, which was not nice at all. I checked and found that on each floor, only two rooms do not face the beautiful square — which was the main reason I chose this hotel in the first place. That said, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the room’s equipment were good. However, the TV was old and couldn’t read my USB drive. :-( Finally, room service showed up around 3 PM, which was no longer convenient for us. I only asked for two clean towels, but the maid didn’t understand English. All in all, I’ll think twice before booking a room here again when I’m next in Brno."

"The hotel is in a very good location, just a ten-minute walk from the train station and surrounded by Freedom Square and several famous churches. The store's home-brewed beer is a perfect match with barbecue, and we had both meals here in the evening. The breakfast was very good and the service was very considerate. Since we checked out early and were worried that no one would be at work in the morning, we went to ask about the check-out situation in advance. As a result, the store owner directly asked us how to solve the problem that our breakfast could not catch up with the hotel's? Then he said he would prepare it for us in the evening and put it in the refrigerator. The small refrigerator was filled with breakfast for two people."
