Honestly one of the nicest and most pleasant stays I have ever had. The home is stunning, ideally located just from the motorway. The family are lovely, so kind and warm. The rooms were really well designed and finished with lovely touches and breakfast was incredible!! All local produce, I’d go back just for breakfast again! An absolute gem! And the pool is perfect to cool off before some local wine. 10/10.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

This is a nice well placed hotel in the centre of Troyes. It has a very nice spa, is very central for the city and gets our vote

The hotel is very conveniently located 12 minutes walk from the downtown restaurant. The room is clean and comfortable, the service staff is good, and the Western breakfast is available. Will come again.

The hotel is very warm and welcome. However, cleanness could be improved: the hair dryer was covered with hair. In addition, the shower is equipped with a half-wall, which makes the water easily exit from the shower space and wet the floor of the bathroom.

We booked this hotel at the last minute on Trip.com. We were driving from Geneva to the tunnel at Calais. We arrived around 7 pm. There was a very helpful lady on the reception who gave us all the information we needed for a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also very clean with clean towels and everything was spotless. I can definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling through Troyes. 

Really excellent hotel for the price. Well greeted by reception staff, very friendly and the room felt like a more expensive hotel. Spacious and clean! We enjoyed the make your own pancake station at breakfast. Good secure parking lot outside. We would stay again. Thanks

Just used as an overnight stop just off the motorway - perfect and the guy on duty at night was very helpful when we arrived

Room was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys

Compared with it, domestic software is cheaper than booking. The only regret is that the breakfast package hotel is not included. French breakfast is generally simple and has nothing to do. Relatively speaking, it is much more cost-effective than booking.
