Very good, free airport transfer, but the fly in the ointment, there is no service on weekends; very clean, super complete configuration, you can cook directly, knife and fork dishes, etc.; the waiter's warm and thoughtful service is great 👍

Everything was great because it's very close to the airport, which is convenient if you have a late or early flight. The only downside is that they promise a free shuttle to the airport, but it was never available, neither in the morning nor when we arrived at night. We had to pay for a taxi both times.

Though it looks like the hotel is not far from the airport. But It actually is quite a long walk because the road is not leading straight to it. Cleanliness is good and there is Nespresso capsule coffee in the room. Toilette amenities are very basic with only all-in-one shampoo and body wash. The biggest issue that I had, was the airport shuttle left before the time of my booking. So, I arrived at the airport after the check-in counter was just closed. I need to buy a new air ticket to Madrid because of this. And will arrive 10 hours later than scheduled.

When I thought I got through, they hung up saying they don't speak English. If you booked through Trip.com, it might be better to contact them through that. △Because it is close to the airport, many people probably use flights that arrive late at night or depart early in the morning, but the last check-in time is early (note that this varies depending on the day of the week). My flight was delayed by about an hour, but they contacted me through Trip.com and I was able to check in safely.

Hotel very well located, near the shopping centre and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. Parking gratuit.
