Great
AAnonymous UserHotel is clean and tidy, there is a hill to walk up .? We have stayed at Hampton Hilton a few times , unfortunately like most things there are cut backs . In the scheme of things they are small , Breakfast no fried eggs no mushrooms, they used to serve small chocoate muffins , disappeared , instead of being an outstanding breakfast its now just average at best . Quilt on the bed very thin for December. But all in all itâs okay .
GGuest UserStunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.
IImalion974The welcome during check-in needs to be reviewed.
I didn't have breakfast, only dinner. A fruitless discussion began, and the receptionist actually noted that there was no breakfast, but only dinner...
No one explained how the hotel worked, where the restaurant was for dinner, and I just asked what time it was.
I felt out of place.
I had two bags upon arrival, I struggled to get in, and no one was there to help...
My English wasn't great, but I made the effort to communicate.
On the other hand, the waiters in the evening restaurant were kind, pleasant, and attentive. Bravo!
Check-out was much better, and they were understanding. Nothing to complain about. They always had a smile.
The hotel is very clean, nothing to complain about.
NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we wouldâve booked elsewhere and it wasnât fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was ÂŁ10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.
Rrcf2780Lovely staff, very clean, good location and great buffet bfast. I had requested a quiet room and ended up being right next to the lift, so didnât get much sleep. The mattress/pillow werent very comfortable, and the hotel was boiling. Other than that, great value for money.
AAnonymous UserLovely hotel with great facilities. Very friendly polite staff. Room was clean beds comfortable. Tea and coffee in room.
Breakfast was good lots of options.
Spa facilities good with a nice pool.
TTboneVery nice hotel for its price. Quick access to the beach. Doesnât have AC but has fans in each room which do the job. Staff are excellent, great service by the team. Got us everything we needed. Costs to park at the hotel. Cheaper to park on the main road which is free between 5pm and 9am and free on the weekends. Very close to Bournemouth pier and boscombe pier. Has everything you need otherwise. Lift is a little small but works well. Close to everything. Cant complain.
Ssimoooon01Big room and accessible bathroom there is a very retro lovely charm here which is like of timeless but not in a bad way . The Internet was very good as were the facilities in the room . The only thing I would say was the bar soft drink was relatively expensive but it was just that you tasteless like it had been watered down too much
GGuest UserGreat location, close to town and the beach, if they refurbished the hotel the price wouldnât be such a bargain. Keep expectations low and just need some ware to sleep you be happy.
