The location was lovely. The bedroom was clean and the he'd very comfortable. We had food in the restaurant which was nice too. They also had a good selection of beer on tap.

Excellent stay.
Made to feel very welcome.
Enjoyed the picnic basket breakfasts and dinner the restaurant.
I will definitely stay here again!

Frankie ZinoDan was absolutely amazing and easy to get hold of during my stay, I had a problem with my room and he kindly upgraded me really quickly, the staff onsite was brilliant and overall I had a great time.

It is a brilliant experience. The hostel is near the museum and also Victoria Village.
Be aware of the check-in time in Winter as it is an hour later than the closure of the nearest by museum.

Stayed here for a 50th birthday celebration locally and so glad we did, the room was wonderfully located with beautiful views over Dale-End park and the river Severn.
It was booked room only due to commitments so couldn’t comment on the food but the staff were very friendly and helpful and would highly recommend this hotel.
