GGuest UserA nice apartment in the center of Pula. We received detailed check-in instruction via email. It was clear, and despite requiring us to enter several codes, we completed the task easily. The building is old and a bit gloomy. There was a heavy, damp smell in the hallway. We found several dirty towels behind the bathroom door, likely left over from previous guests. However, we found clean, fresh towels also, and this wasn't a problem. We liked the apartment. All the electrical and plumbing worked well, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the soundproofing was good.
CCort73Everything is unique & comfortable. But service is not up to par. Below average room service as they don’t understand my English instruction & requests
EENVAThe parking space next to it is super expensive, 40 euros a night, many supermarkets and places to eat nearby are very convenient, there is no elevator suitcase to the top floor, you need to find a locker yourself, call the hotel to ask for a password
GGuest UserThe service staff is very good, the environment is first-class, but there is no carpet in the room, and the worst thing is that there is too little breakfast. I don’t know if it’s the off-season. There is also a little bit of a surprise. I started to let me check out at ten o’clock. I really want to sing abroad.
