SSpajzka Vrakunathe best hotel we ever been in Asia. so nice and kind and staff, still smiling and very helpful from receptionist, cleaners, garderners. everyone was very nice. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. hotel is very clean and they care about it whole day. rooms are big and nice. it was amazing stay for us. thank you.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Senggigi, Taman Unique Hotel is a solid choice! 🏨✨ The hotel is spacious, offering rooms of different sizes, so whether you’re a solo traveler or with friends, there’s something that fits. I stayed in one of the cozier rooms, and it was just right—comfortable, clean, and even had a safe for valuables.
One of the best things? The location! 🚶♂️ You’re close to the beach, surrounded by restaurants, and if you’re feeling adventurous, scooter rentals are nearby so you can explore more of Lombok. 🏝️🏍️
The hotel’s restaurant has a laid-back vibe and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner—perfect if you just want to relax with good food without heading out. And for those days when the sand gets a little too much, there’s a rooftop pool! 🏊♂️ After a long day of exploring, cooling off up there is a treat.
The staff? Super friendly! 😊 They even helped arrange our transport to Gili T, making the whole experience stress-free. If you want a convenient, comfortable place to stay in Senggigi, this one’s worth checking out! ✅

Gglobe trotter_I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice!
Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva.
Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice!
Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom!
Will definitely come back again!

The resort itself felt peaceful and well cared for, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. The facilities were impressive, from the beautiful pool and spa to the comfortable, well-designed rooms, creating a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The romantic atmosphere and stunning views made it an ideal choice for a honeymoon. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort for couples seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway.

DdafsusloThis stay was much more than I expected. I originally booked this hotel as a last-minute emergency for one night, but I ended up wishing I had booked my entire three-day stay here!
What stood out:
A Special Shoutout to ”Superman”: I have to give a special mention to my driver, Superman. He was absolutely incredible! From the very first moment I met him, I knew I was going to fall in love with my stay at this hotel. He made everything feel seamless and welcoming.
The Room & View: The room was incredibly spacious. Even though I booked a garden view, I was given a generous upgrade to a partial ocean view. From the beautiful bathroom to the balcony, the scenery was breathtaking.
Exceptional Service: The service went above and beyond. They contacted me via WhatsApp and were extremely flexible in helping me book a private tour for the same day.
The Experience: They arranged a pickup for me directly from the Lombok port. I rented a GoPro through them for the tour, and despite the rain, the team was so kind and accommodating.
Dining: I had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding with an incredible view.
Everyone at the hotel was wonderful and the attention to detail was amazing. I truly regret not staying here for my whole trip. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in good location. The staff is the kindest in all Indonesia , they are so helpful and polite! 10/10. Unfortunately we were transferred to another room where the door was not closing properly so we got a huge COCKROACH in our room. Then in the night my husband got bitten by some animals in the bed and he got full red points on his arms, legs, chest and back… probably bed bugs or something else…. The walls had some mold. The shower head holder in the bathroom almost fell on my head cause it was not fixed on the wall…. (Around 1kg)
This made our stay a bad experience. The ants that are coming to the hotels are also very annoying.
However, the breakfast was excellent, really delicious and good quality! We met the owner who was really kind and he gave us a small compensation for their restaurant.

GGuest UserVery satisfied, it can be said that it is cheap and good. This price of more than 100 RMB, with swimming pool, bottle of water, especially the breakfast is rich, the traffic is convenient, and it is very convenient to go down on the beach of Shengjiji.

GGuest UserThe location is great, with a convenience store right at the door and just a few steps from the beach. The free breakfast is also very good. The staff are very enthusiastic and can temporarily store luggage. The service is good and I am satisfied with my stay.

The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on
I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower
I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave
The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first)
Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for)
I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
