I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Motorcycle noise from the surroundings was easily audible, and the mosque's dawn prayer calls were so loud they woke me up. Although the accommodation provides earplugs, they were ineffective against the volume. * **Lackluster Surrounding Infrastructure**: There aren't many places to go nearby. The local restaurants tend to be upscale and expensive, with limited options for more affordable dining. ### Conclusion [Despite the regrettable surrounding noise and high prices, this accommodation is perfectly suited for a 'Hocance' (hotel vacation), offering complete relaxation with its unparalleled views.] While accessibility and nearby conveniences are somewhat lacking, given that the purpose of this trip was a hotel vacation, the facilities and views within the property alone were enough to ensure a thoroughly satisfying stay.

This is a decent hotel for a very quiet and relaxed getaway. If you're looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place to be. The hotel tries to project excellent service; staff will even place napkins on your lap during breakfast, yet dirty plates might remain on the table until the end of your meal. Speaking of breakfast, it's à la carte. My partner and I didn't find it tasty. The choices are limited: either eggs or something sweet like waffles/granola. The natural juice is diluted and sugary. The coffee, however, is not bad. The room is small but everything is convenient. The outdoor shower is a definite highlight! Regarding the sea – they say you can't swim there. But if you go right from the hotel, opposite the buoy, there's a sandy entry. Grab your masks and go for it! You'll find turtles, fish – everything. The pools are good, large, and deep. The sunset needs no review; it's magnificent! There are cafes nearby where you can eat. The food is tasty and without any surprises.

After my rinjani hike I decide to stay at a nice place to rest. Indeed my choice was perfect. Ambience here is great. Took a hot shower and went to a pre book massage which was unbelievably comfortable. Food I recommend the spagetti bolognese which was super good. Pizza and dessert was normal and could be improved. I had beers too which was a great way for me to chill. Had a good time.

I requested a room with one large bed instead of two singles when I booked, and again at check-in. They nodded at reception and then ignored it, even though half the hotel was empty. Everywhere, they try to force extra commissions on you when you order anything in the restaurant. The menu should always show the final price; all costs (taxes and so on) should be included. For example, I take a ready-made coffee to go for $4, and they try to tack on a service charge... What service? I'm taking it out, they're not cleaning my table, not giving me a massage. They don't provide an answer. We're not buying coffee beans that they need to prepare and turn into coffee with a service, are we? Let's then charge a land tax, the chef's health insurance, and a disposal fee for the toilet. Are you kidding me? I've visited several cafes in Bali, and nowhere was this the case! One time I encountered it, I called the police and they immediately cancelled all extra charges! Keep this in mind. It's not about the money, but deception is unacceptable.

The room was a bit small, but the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was decent, offering both classic Western and traditional Indonesian options. The house was cleaned daily; it's similar to a budget hotel in China.

This is my second time I visit Puri Mas. First time was in December 2012 where we had an amazing New Year's Eve and day, and second time in May 2026. This resort gets better and better. A lot of hotels I've visited 5 or 6 years ago now seems outdated or less than before in terms of condition, but Puri Mas is now better than 14 years ago when I visited it first time. Everything at Puri Mas is magical. The rooms are clean, organised and of good size. The pool and the beach are beautiful, the satff are amazing. Management at Puri Mas definitely are on the top of their game. I can't leave this review without mentioning how magical that place is and the greenery all over the place is like from a fantasy world. I'll definitely with no doubt visit and stay at Puri Mas very soon.
