GGuest UserThe location is good, the staff are all friendly. The interior of the bathroom is nice and clean, the restaurant is also pretty good even though the food is minimalist, but unfortunately the downstairs room that we stayed in, apart from being musty, there is also a lot of dust which makes coughs and colds for those of us who are allergic to dust, like a room that hasn't been used for a long time 😷

PPaulaThe hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the centre and there are shops around. The room is located on the lower floor of a house so it has kitchen, two bathrooms, living room and dining room. The room is two big beds. There are mosquitoes. The hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable.

YYolly Rita KarwurThis seems to be the 5th time I have stayed at the hotel fort. The first time we chose to stay here because the price is right & very close to the stockade & zoo. If you want to go to Gadang, it's also near about 10 minutes. The service is friendly. Clean too. Just parking mepet2. Breakfast is normal.

GGuest UserI just stay here for a night and unfortunately it was rainy in the morning, so i couldn't explore more outdoor activities. In overall, the location is quite good, i can see mountain view from my balcony window. Room space also big enough for me and my family. Receptionist and the team were very friendly too.

GGuest UserGreat location, central in Bukittinggi! Room was not very clean but okay for us. We slept next to the reception where they smoked, so our room smelled like cigarettes the whole time (which was not very pleasant).

HHONG LIANRoom a bit old need to upkeep. There are many small cockroaches in all our rooms. Bedsheet, pillowcases & towels are yellowish in color.
