Cisarua Hotels with Parking

Plataran was amazing. the only comment is just on the breakfast, it was quite slow on the ala carte breakfast and food sometimes is not warm. But when they open the breakfast buffet, it's good.

Massive villa with wonderful facilities, located next to the main road and very easy to access. Highly recommend for gathering!

Need car to essce to property, as need drive thur a small alley which make it inconvenient if without a transport. But once you get there, the view was awesome , full of greenery with cold breeze Very basic villa with minimum essentials items, only provide 1 toothbrush, 1 soap bar, 1 shampoo in each toliet, do bring your own or ask from the property. We had to paid 500K to upgrade to aircon room which the initial assigned villa was having musty smell. Plugs only in the living hall at L1 which make it very inconvenient. Prefect morning breeze with delicious breakfast. Overall we have a pleasant stay

I've stayed here twice with different room types, the service is great, the cleanliness is okay, it's comfortable, but when it gets close to night the electricity often goes out, the food is okay, I'll stay there again sometime.

This hotel is arguably one of the best in the area. The staff service is friendly and makes guests feel comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers an amazing mountain view, really pleasing to the eye. However, there is one small note: as the afternoon approaches, the air starts to feel hot around 10 am. It would be better if the hotel provides air conditioning for the day at those times. However, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, air conditioning is actually not needed because the air in the peak area is naturally cool enough. Overall, the experience of staying here is still very satisfying, especially for enjoying the mountain atmosphere.

The hotel is beautiful for the lovers of nature and the hotel staff and the entertainment services and the garage service are very beautiful, especially for us, thank you for the beautiful reception.

Excellent (top-notch!) when it comes to the location and the friendly, always-smiling service. No doubt about it. Just a tip for travelers: if you come here, you should bring your own dinner. Suggestion for the owner/manager: The bathrooms are already good, but maybe consider adding a bathtub in each room for kids to play in (as an alternative since there's no swimming pool). Overall, recommended.

It's really real. until there I was disappointed heavy, so I had to change rooms with Upgrade/Adding costs. The bathroom is very good again, there are a lot of cigarette sticks in sudut2. My service is very good. Thank you, the room service team, FRONT OFFICE want to accept my car that broke down. I really appreciate it So far, View Get. Cold Got.
