Garut Regency Hotels with Parking

Great place, clean with great service and we loved the breakfast. We did not mind that there is no wifi; my wife and I were happy to just talk with eachother but we can understand that it's a bit of a drawback for others so we gave it 4 smileys. We will definitely come back here! 👍

rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

This hotel has a beautiful view, all the staff are friendly, and the cleanliness and comfort are excellent. There are electric vehicle charging stations, but unfortunately, it seems the voltage isn't sufficient for two vehicles at once. Overall, though, it was a good and pleasant stay.

The hotel is clean, and the service is great. The view from the hotel overlooks Mount Guntur. You can enjoy the mountain scenery while having breakfast, coffee, or swimming. Suggestion: Please replace the towels in the room with new ones.

The hotel has strategic facilities, wow because you can play in the water park for free Just exchange the voucher from the hotel. For children under 5 years old it's free. Suggestions to improve cleanliness Especially the facilities that hotel guests will definitely use, such as the kettle and bathtub Looks like it wasn't cleaned Want to come back again because of the facilities

Nice view from the room and favorable for people who smoke. Hot pool is great. Coffee and breakfast is superb!

A comfortable hotel in Garut, conveniently located near Cipanas. The breakfast was standard but delicious. My only minor complaint is that the swimming pool is small and quite exposed to the restaurant area, which made swimming a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was good. The room with the smart TV was very satisfying – excellent! It would be fantastic if they could add a warm/hot spring pool, as that's a true Garut specialty!

See my previous review. I extended my stay with one day. I forgot to mention that the WiFi is really poor, and it wouldn't let me connect at all yesterday. Quite inconvenient. Additionally, it takes about 2-3 minutes for the shower to get warm. Quite ironic when there's a note saying ”save water for the next generation”. But still a good hotel, of course. Enjoyed the breakfast!

************* First, I was welcomed as a good and gorgeous, all the sheets and towels were replaced, newly washed 👍 , prepared the room to be vacum so it was clean and fragrant. Meet Kang Dede who is nice and friendly, and willing to help.. Cooking facilities, kitchen, utensils, hot aer, coffee and tea are also available. You can gather with a group of koi fish that is clean, plentiful and healthy.. Go home to bring the onion from kang Dede garden.. *************, I hope I can come here again with my family, my husband, and become a place to rest. husband and colleagues if there is a work duty here..

Came to this hotels on my new year holiday, the place is really pretty, the ambience is feels like you were at your grandma villages, the services and foods is great!, the pool is not a hot spring, but that's fine, because this place is near from Cipanas and even if you want to go to darajat pass... also the restaurant's food is really good, we love the nasi liwet ayam bakar and nasi goreng menggila pedas, so if you wanna go for a family trip, with your couple or a solo staycation, this is one of the great recommendation, and just a little information, for the hotels, we have to walk over a couples of stairs, so if you have a disabilty such as wearing a walkchair, i think it's not your best rec.
