AAnonymous UserAlthough the facilities are limited, but the location is quite strategic, outside the hotel there are many food vendors, Indomaret, Alfamaret, Superindo, ATMs, pharmacies. Finding breakfast is also easy. And most importantly close to the hospital.

GGuest UserThe best feature for this hotel was the location that is right next door to a supermarket and a strip of restaurants, where it is easy to get food and necessities. There was no swimming pool nor gym in the hotel, and for hair dryer I had to call to request to have it delivered to my room (otherwise it was not readily put in the room). Size of room is quite small but it was still okay. Room was not very sound insulated so it was easy to hear noises from other rooms, people walking outside, also the live music right outside of the room. Somewhat needs renovation and upgrade done.

RRenita BayuWith the price of 300 this hotel is clean, very comfortable and spacious. The location is close to bu rudi and galaxy mall.
In the room, there are 2 bottles of drinking water, towels, toothbrushes and doormats. The rest can be brought by yourself or borrowed from the receptionist.

KKhozinBermalam disini saat nungguin orang tua di rawat di icu siloam. Jarak dari rmh sakit cukup dekat. Harga bersahabat cuman jendela kecil dan kamar mandi perlu dibersihkan lagi. Kebetulan kamar saya AC juga airnya netes2.

AAzhar Aditya RahmanVery close to Tunjungan area, lots of good place to shop and eat. Facility wise, it's okay. Can tell that the building is aged, but the staffs are friendly and helpful. Had like a small sofa-ish in the room that an extra person can use to rest. Good experience!

MMaggie ABooked the smallest room. Enough for a night, since we left in the morning. Aircon cold enough for us to sleep well thru the night. Super rare to find foldable bench on the shower & foldable luggage rack in the room, although the rack is broken. No space to put bottles im shower, and the rain shower didn't work. Interior finishing is rusted & dirty....needs some improvement.

GGuest UserStayed 1 night here and the hotel is really ok. The room is super duper spacious. The air conditioner is super cold. The bathroom is clean, spacious, the heater is okay. For the location, it's pretty okay, it's close if you want kemana2. This is my feeling or what, but all the staff are very agile, huh? From the reception to the helper, they are all very busy. But it's okay. Next if you go to Surabaya, you will stay here again. Sorry for not having time to document
