GGuest UserThe room was very spacious for 2 people. Great selection for the ala carte buffet breakfast, with great popcorn latte. Then the pool has a great view of the city with full length pool and jacuzzi. It was very near to the Gelora stadium, where we attended the Blackpink concert. The reception and all personel were friendly and accommodating. Would like to come back if I stay again in Jakarta.

GGuest Usernice hotel with excellent service. Aei as manager on duty has showing his great services for us as Shangrila guest. It’s really a nice hotel with beautiful green environment and no doubt will be one of our recomended hotel to stay in Central Jakarta. Five star for the services, staff , food and also facility

HHaryati A MIt was a fantastic experience staying at Ascott Jakarta. The location was the best! It's in between Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia which are both a walking distance from the hotel. They provided everything inside the room including iron and ironing board except for hairdryer. All in all, service was exceptional. I will definitely stay here when I'm back in Jakarta again.

AAnonymous UserHad a great stay overall. The staff are very accommodating, friendly, and professional—they made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of space to move around and manage luggage easily. A good option if you prefer bigger rooms compared to newer compact hotels.
Location is very convenient, especially being near Kota Kasablanka mall, with lots of dining and shopping options just a short walk away.
Breakfast was average—decent variety but nothing particularly standout.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with great service. Would consider staying here again.

NADIA and Farhan, in particular, helped us change rooms quickly and were incredibly kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and left feeling very happy. Truly 5-star service!

SSook Wan LeeI stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dim and smell of smoke, even though I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. It seemed like they tried to mask the smoke with air freshener, but the combination made it worse. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking floor, there were ashtrays provided in the room and near the lift, which directly contradicts the no-smoking policy. To add to the discomfort, I found two baby cockroaches in my room — surprising and unpleasant, especially considering the room was on the 18th floor. The only redeeming part of my stay was the excellent customer service — the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

JJettLamstayed at Yuan Garden Pasar Baru Hotel during my trip to Jakarta and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The location is excellent—it’s right in Central Jakarta, so I could easily walk to Pasar Baru for some shopping and local food, and big landmarks like Istiqlal Mosque and the Cathedral were just a short ride away. Having the train station nearby was also convenient for exploring other parts of the city.
The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the basics I needed—comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and a nice view of the city.
