worth it or not?this is my honest experience of staying at Horison Samarinda 👀 ✨ Clean lobby ✨ location is ok ✨ cocok buat short stay But to be honest, I think the room is a bit poorly soundproofed so it's quite noisy 😭 And there was an experience when I ordered fried rice at the restaurant, the aroma was not good so we complained. fortunately,the response from the hotel is very fast 🙌 The food was changed directly, the manager also came to apologize directly, even we were given a complimentary cake red velvet when we returned to the room 😭✨ I think this is a plus point because they want to handle complaints well. Overall: 7/10 make a short stay experience in Samarinda ✨

Overall good.. please pay attention to the input for bed linen. Because I feel itchy, do guests always change it... 🙏

The rooms are spacious and clean but unfortunately for drinking there are no refills available in the hallway. Every time you want to refill drinking water you have to ask the staff. There are no towels in the pool... for business trips it's worth it. For family recreation, you need to consider it... for delicious snacks, there are various variations...

A good location, excellent amenities and service and high standard of cleanliness. Great Value for money. Minor issues include no charging point for the electric kettle at the site of its use, but it can be easily taken to another point. Also there is no low-voltage charger in the toilet. The existing one is a standard 5 ampere point. Overall excellent
