GGuest UserOverall it was a very good experience for the price. I would have given cleanliness 5/5 if the pillow doesn't have marks though it is clean and the room odour doesn't smell strange. As for location, I would have given a 4/5 if the sound of of train keep disrupting my sleep. Food is easy to access but good food may need to travel quite a bit. Their highlight was their services. Always accommodating for any reasonable request that I requested. They were also fast in delivering their services. Their smile and politeness warmth the heart. Amenities were ok as they matched a 4 star hotel.

AAnonymous UserI've stayed here several times, sometimes for concerts or when I have work in BSD. It's worth it for the affordable price, complete facilities, and close proximity to many food options. In the mornings, you can even go for a run around the complex.

In the first time for check in he help me as well. Hence, I left good review in the domestic application which he worked. But after that he just leave me with my hopeness :(

GGeoffrey GiamHotel is good but there is nothing in the surrounding and therefore you need to get a car or taxi to nearby. However with the traffic in Jakarta , it means you have to wait for very long for the car to come. For business traveler who wish to have good rest, is best to get another hotel because there is a mosque just beside the hotel and the prayer starts from 330am to 430 am which disrupt sleep.
I have stayed at other hotel before but never encounter this.

AAnonymous UserTrip.com did not manage the booking with the propery directly, but with third party that own the unit I booked. So when I went to the receptionist to check-in, they could not find my booking. I have to wait for more than 1 hour to check-in, after I contacted the Customer Service of trip. com.
This was really a very bad experience with trip.com. Actually you should inform me about the check-in procedure to the property. And the contact number to the agent that own the unit I booked.
You have to notice that information is a very important thing for your customer..

FFebby AgustinaThe location is a bit hard to find. Had to play”because the portal can't be seen at night”. The location is in a housing estate that is in the vicinity of many inns as well. Can be at no 2F. It really fits the window facing the street so it's nice. Only because the rooms are close together, so the next room sounds noisy. The waiter is very friendly.
