The hotel staff is helpful, rooms are also clean n good, the beach is near to the hotel, many food options are nearby, overall a good place to stay in colva.

place is near to the colva beach. And is max 200 metres from the beach.
The veg udupi restraunt sagar kinara is also at the walkable distance from hotel. It also has decent place for parking. Breakfast is unlimited with few selections available.
The only drawback you will find is the hotel without lift. you need to even walk through stairs to got to 3rd floor and no intercom facility
