The location of this hotel is good. Many tourist spots are nearby ~15 km. The property is very clean, parking space is also sufficient, the staffs are very cordial and helpful. Few drawbacks are, there is not lift facility, so people staying on 2nd floor specially the elderly ones will have some trouble, but i think one can request for the ground floor or 1st floor stay also. The other problem is the food availability, as there is no restaurant on this property, and in that street or in walkable distance good restaurants are not present. Around 1-2km distance, you can definitely find good food, or you can order through swiggy or zomatto.

The property is located in a good location on the main road in kalpetta, wayanad. We enjoyed our stay at the presidential suite with 2 rooms and 2 king-size beds. Furniture is also of high quality. Breakfast was good as well, although it could have been served hot even for those who come late. Room service is prompt. Overall, we had a good time. Value for money.
