GGuest UserThe property had a beautiful view and a conference stay, although we faced some power cuts but the hotel staff made sure that we are comfortable and the very next day we were given another suite. The hotel staff also organised a special dinner for us by chef deepak. Over all it was a nice experience and many tourists spots are at a distance of 10 mins.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Manor! The service was excellent and up to the mark. The evening tea and breakfast were both amazing. There are plenty of fun activities for kids, which our children truly enjoyed.
The view from the hotel rooftop is absolutely mesmerizing — it gives you such positive and relaxing vibes with a perfect chill atmosphere.
It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team thoughtfully arranged a small complimentary room decoration ***** with a cake. It was such a lovely gesture and made our experience even more special.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Jaypee Manor and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing trip.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, good food, and great views. Whilst located ***** mall road, access to hotel via car has some restrictions (subject to timing etc.) so better to connect with hotel to understand.

GGuest UserThe name says Lemon Tree Resort Mussoorie - please be prepared that it’s NOT a resort - it’s a hotel with no space to walk around, no fitness centre - as it even claims on it’s main board outside on the road. Everything will come when it comes - but for now it’s not there.
The breakfast is a repeat everyday and just Ok.
The superior king room has a big wall Just outside the window - so please be wary while booking.
The location is good - it’s 800mtrs from the Mall Road.
The staff barring a few, is good and accommodating.
The valet is careful and experienced.

GGuest UserI have been traveling to Savoy since 80's and they sell Heritage but unfortunately their new building is No where close to Heritage. It's a modern building. Totally disappointed this time with their new rooms. Why would they even selling something which is not upto their standards. If one is not staying in old Heritage building then it's a waste of money as this new building is like one is cornered from the old building

GGuest UserGood hospitality, recommend for mountain travellers. Great location, right on the picture palace road. Views could be better for the imperial room. Fast services, well trained staff. Things could be better with maintenance of the property, including cleaning the glass of the room balconies.
