Excellent staff, very good room very beautiful hotel. It is a high quality hotel any one can book this hotel who wants quality stay. Only problem lift is not there which may create problem but in pelling maximum hotel does not having lift

I got room 103 which did not have a open window even, - no natural light and a huge noise from kitchen chimney, room was old , floor tiles not properly placed !! Over priced . However food was excellent, and the staffs were very accommodative .

If-seen villa accommodate us in the situation of rejection from another hotel. Mm t customer care helped us swiftly to locate the new stay at ifenn villa. We had kanjunjunga view in the morning. Clean and nice room. Clean bathroom. Great ambience. Great support staff. Great food, especially breakfast

We have stayed for a night here. The property is really good. We had comfortable stay. The rooms were neat and clean. The standard room little smaller but delux rooms are pretty large. Property has nice Garden on the side.
