AAnonymous UserIt is a very good hotel in Erbil. The security is exaggerated. There are guards with AK47 guns, police dogs and roadblocks at the door. The breakfast is also very rich. There is a swimming pool and gym in the basement.
GGuest UserThe whole trip was great! Firstly, I stayed for 5 nights to attend an exhibition close by the hotel. Secondly, they were professional to have a staff member pick me up at the airport at almost 2am in the morning. Thirdly, they let be borrow a lighter and charger for my entire duration. Staff also helped me to get taxis every morning to the exhibition and pleasantly gave me directions and insights into everywhere else I wanted to go, like the Citadel, Mosque and bazaar. Anytime I needed complimentary water bottles, I could just order from the room or make a quick trip down to the lobby to pick up more. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The beds were comfortable. I have nothing negative to say. Next time I am in Erbil, I will stay here again. Thank you Dynasty Hotel Staff!
EEricsun3The room is big enough and the price is relatively cheap. But by the road, it is noisy, breakfast is OK, the facilities are a bit old. Overall evaluation 3-4 stars. But on the first day of check-in, there was a problem with the exhaust vent, and the exhaust gas was discharged into my room, which caused me to almost be poisoned. I woke up at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night to change the room. The hotel didn't say sorry either. Feeling a little uncomfortable!
