Beautiful, very clean, super-friendly staff of a more unique than rare kindness. I have spent a great day thanks to this place and the owner who is always available. I recommend it 100%

I stayed for one night before boarding the cruise, and it was really convenient as it only took about 5 minutes to walk to the boarding location. The hotel was also very clean, and overall, I was satisfied. I recommend it!

Excellent location relative to the railway station. Nearby is a huge supermarket.Rooms on the 12th floor. Excellent view of the city, the sea. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean.From each one is an exit to the terrace. The lounge area has everything necessary for self-food. Good breakfast with sea view.

Stayed for one night before cruise travelling. Fair location. 20 mins walk from train station. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Spacious room but a bit old. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff. Will stay again next time. Recommended.

The service is friendly, but bus service is infrequent on holidays. Uber is unavailable. It's located near the sea; get off at San Gordiano (one stop before Civitavichia train station) and walk 500 meters. There's parking and restaurants. Seafood fried noodles cost €12; the green bus usually costs €1.50. It's quiet; you can stroll through the alleyways. Public beaches are scarce. Suitable for those with a car.

Отель находится в жилом доме, номер небольшой, все необходимое есть. Немного сложновато разобраться с инструкцией для входа в номер, особенно когда ты делаешь это в первый раз, но строго следуя инструкции - справились.  Для  одной-двух ночей, перед предстоящим круизом, очень хорошо.
