Very pleasant stay with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast selection. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and made for a relaxing stay in Spoleto.

The tree is located in a very central area before entering the oldest area.
The hotel has a parking area of about 200 metres and is a price of €5 per day, exclusive for guests. I think that the availability should be asked first.
The rooms are large, clean and TV-friendly, and the bathrooms are new, in excellent condition, with a shampoo and a bathroom.
Of course there are also towels.
Breakfast is exceptional, international, with sweet and salty.
We were really happy about everything.
Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures inside the rooms.
