Приятное место, вежливый персонал, старается все объяснить с помощью переводчика. Чистый и просторный номер. Туалет и раковина в номере. Душевая только в общей ванной комнате с горячими ваннами. Вкусный и сытный японский завтрак. Тепло, тихо. Недалеко автобусная остановка до Накабуса онсен, где расположено начало тропы в северные японские альпы.

旅館由幾位年長者所經營，維持傳統美好昔日日本的服務精神，難得的和風旅館。遠勝寬鬆世代躺平世代的散漫怠惰。趁著經營者老人家們精神尚且矍鑠的時候，希望能再次造訪。

The accommodation is as advertised. It is 1 km from the train station, about 15 minutes walk. Nearby, there are 7 takeaway shops, delicious, not expensive. There is a very large drugstore. Stayed here to take the bus to Nakabusa Onsen, the starting point of the mountain climb. Talking to the staff at the counter, you can use Google Translate easily.

Thank you for your satisfactory response in all the responses to telephone calls, check-in responses, and various requests. The hot springs were the best with inner and open-air baths, and the rooms were clean and perfect.

The guestroom is a nice place to stay in, but getting there needs some planning. To get to the guestroom, I alighted at the Azumi-Oiwake station. I was taken aback that I was not able to get any public transport at the train station. I had to seek assistance from the employee at a provision store to help me call for a taxi. I was so embarrassed to troubling them. Amenities around the guestroom were wanting. Most restaurants around the area open at 11am and close at 4.30pm. A lot of cafes around but not easily accessible. It is very inconvenient without a personal transport. But room at the guestroom was spacious. Area was quiet at this time of the year.

It seems to have been renovated, and it is cleaner than before COVID. The rooms and hot springs are great! The staff are also kind and everyone is very nice. It's a shame that the restaurant in the hotel was closed. We went out to eat, so we couldn't drink alcohol 🥲 This is my third visit, and I'm always happy to see the monkey family (a pretty big group) in the parking lot 😊
