Very Good
喜喜瑪拉雅星There is a small difficulty in opening the door, but the bed is big. Near Hamamatsu Station, take bus 41 to the cherry blossoms, so convenient. The hotel's buffet breakfast is a few good food, but everyone will only pick up food once, I don't know if I can choose the second time.
AAnonymous UserWe were assigned an older room that was in dire need of an upgrade. The peeling wallpaper, fraying tatami mat, and sinking mattress made for an uncomfortable stay.
The breakfast was decent, but if you're staying for a few days, I suggest rotating your choices, as the offerings remained practically the same throughout our three-day stay.
The happy hour at the lounge was crowded, yet it featured a good selection of alcohol, which was a nice perk. However, there isn’t much to explore in the vicinity of the hotel unless you are driving.
For a more enjoyable experience, try booking one of the newly renovated rooms. Otherwise, it might be better to seek accommodation in a more centralized location.
AAnonymous UserI went to the hotel before check-in time to leave my luggage, and they said my room was ready, so I could go in first.
The room was also well-equipped with amenities, including a ReFa shower head, a Lourdes hot massager, a nanoe hair dryer and hair iron, and a high-frequency treatment device. (This was very helpful as my legs were tired.)
There was also a charger that could be used for multiple devices, so it was very convenient to be able to charge my smartphone, mobile battery, wireless earphones, and penlight battery all at once.
The TV was large and had apps such as YouTube, so I was able to stay comfortably.
There were also plenty of consumer amenities, so if you don't mind, all you need is a change of clothes and cosmetics.
The breakfast was delicious, with both Japanese and Western dishes!
GGuest UserIt's really close to the station and very convenient. There's also a convenience store nearby. They offer one free drink during happy hour, and they have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. They also have soft drinks. The amenity bar has some decent bath salts. There's a large public bath, which is small, but it was larger than it looked in the pictures. It was during the Obon period, but when I arrived at 7pm, there was no one there, so we had the place to ourselves. The room had a lovely combination of wallpaper and curtains. Breakfast was served in a bright venue with the morning sun streaming in, which was very pleasant. There was a wide variety of items to choose from. It's an exciting hotel with many rental items. The staff worked very hard.
DDaveRoseI had a wonderful stay during my trip! The location was scenic and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, with friendly staff always ready to help. The overall atmosphere made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!
LLincoln WoodRented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly.
Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.
GGuest UserGreat stay for a solo traveler!
I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had complete amenities — everything I needed was provided.
Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there’s a convenience store right next door, which made it super easy to grab food and essentials anytime.
What really impressed me was how quiet it was inside, even though it’s right by a city road. I barely heard any traffic noise, which made my stay even more relaxing.
Highly recommended for solo travelers looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the city. I would definitely come back.
PPanyarak NgamsritragulLocation of hotel is very good, next to Bentenjima Garden. Can relax by the Lake which is part of the garden. But the hotel suggested parking in the car park of the garden which will be charged 410 yen each time your car exits the parking area. The hotel also offers the big bath and everyone will be charged 150 yen no matter you use the service or not. Breakfast is quite good.
Rooms and hotel environment are a bit old. Cleanness should be improved.
Mmisa:-)I had a couple stay overnight.
The staff were friendly, cheerful and very kind ♩
All rooms have a lake view overlooking Lake Hamana.
Every time zone was beautiful and healed.
The buffet for dinner was very satisfying!
Fuwafuwa and delicious ^^!

The service is also full, so it is very recommended ◎!
GGuest UserThe man at the front desk was also kind. The welcome drink and the draft beer on the server were delicious. The room was a little small, but had everything I needed. The air conditioning was strong. The breakfast was also satisfying. Best of all, the accommodation fee was very reasonable. Thank you very much.
