Guest UserI had a trouble modifying my reservation online, so I called the property for onsite help. The agent showed no hesitation in helping me, and went beyond and above to make sure that he came up with the solution to solve my problem.
The hotel is very clean and offers excellent amenities for the price they charge, and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a place to stay in Kurume. Even for local people because it is cheaper than a taxi fare in some cases.

The hot springs are comfortable to soak in, the food is of good quality, and the rooms are OK, but the location is not very convenient, so you need to drive or take a taxi.
