GGuest UserThe exterior is quite worn out. However, when you arrive, check-in is quick and efficient. The lounge has dorayaki, coffee jelly, ice cream and other items that children will enjoy. The room is quite average. They ask that you boil water before drinking. They bring it to you if you ask, but I wish they kept it on hand. Also, the futon is thin. These are the two negative points. The food is not extravagant, but the variety is sufficient and satisfying. The hall is rather bland for a dining area, though. What is particularly noteworthy here are the staff. You can feel that everyone is trying their best to provide the best hospitality possible. They are working very hard.

Llai quen WongBest location, which is near to Niigata JR Train station (with lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets & convi stores). Room is clean & spacious with affortable price, will conside to stay at the same hotel if return to Niigata again.

KKeeeeeeeeeeeIt was a convenient and easy to understand place just across the road station and footbath.
The cleaning was well done and I was able to spend it comfortably.
The food was delicious. Especially the breakfast buffet was good.
I think it is a good hotel in Cospa.
It was good that the large communal bath was large, but I wish it was a hot spring of a more habitual type because the hot spring was tasteless and odorless.

昔ながらの旅館ですが、清潔感があり、
とにか**こで働くスタッフさんやご飯の美味しさは最高でした。
また、ピアノの演奏や、ウェルカムドリンクなども無料で大変満足な旅館でした。
また、行きたいなと思える旅館でした。
追伸
朝食は決められた献立ですが、大人用、子ども用に分けてくれています。
子ども用の献立も食べやすかったようでよく食べてました。
ご飯の食べ比べも大変良かったです。

The room is spacious, comfortable, bright and clean! Highly recommended

MMcMurrayEnjoyed my stay here I had a single standard room small room good price has everything you need. Located right in the city many food shops and izakaya restaurants around about a 10-minute walk from the main train station. I enjoyed my stay :)

LLotus_BlackIt is a tourist. It is greedy for the convenient and cheap location. The hotel itself is a type of domestic express hotel, but there is a simple breakfast. Japanese politeness and service attitude are of course very good, but the premise is to respect their politeness and culture to establish good communication. I don’t know English or Japanese. I basically have a translator. I’m fine. Thank you. I’m sorry to hang up my mouth and basically talk about everything. 😃 Oh yes, the hygiene is really good. The toilet is really small and small 😂 Take a shower and basically hit it in the toilet. I don’t know if I may feel that I have a fight in the toilet. 😂

The surrounding is very quiet. It is not in the downtown area. There are bookstores, shopping malls and restaurants nearby.
The room was a good size. The heater was too strong and a bit hot (lowest setting)
Check-in time is close to check-out time. Great
