Sumoto Hotels with Parking

It was raining heavily when I checked in, and there was no parking space. I had to go in and find the hotel staff, who told me to turn and go to the 2nd floor parking lot. The experience was a bit poor. Normally, there should be staff to greet you.

The room is not good, but the staff is good, the meal is good, the breakfast buffet is good, but the dinner is not available for the outsourced lunch

夫婦で自転車アワイチの後に一泊お世話になりました。素泊まりプランを翌日朝食付きに変更していただきました。急遽の変更にご対応いただきありがとうございました。朝食がとても美味しかったです。 客室フロアにトイレがあれば最高だったんですが、和風の落ち着いた佇まいにゆっくりさせていただきました。

The room is very spacious by Japanese standard. The room is equipped with a onsen/jacuzzi and provided with different salts. There is a self-help beverage bar with free beer and liquor. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend anybody to experience this resort-like hotel

Nice hotel nice location spoiled by **** lady staff. Maybe she really hate Asian. Everything is No! I asked how much the buffet as I was hungry upon checked in and saw they have food behind the counter. When I was going to find a seat outdoor with sea view, I was chased away by her without even given a menu or a chance to sit down. So rude!! I’m not there for free food or free seat!! I’m paying ok. The room at 2nd floor is blocked by the roof of the restaurant, waste my money for this stay.

It is an apartment-style room attached to the Haiyue Pavilion. The facilities of the Haiyue Pavilion can be used. There is a kitchen for use but no kitchenware, cups and dishes. It must be rented from the counter. The room smells heavy, and there is a coin-operated washing machine on the first floor. There is a supermarket not far away. It's pretty convenient.
