BbagbaggummiThe staff is very polite and helpful, the hot springs are very comfortable, there is a family hot spring room for 2 people to soak themselves, the neat environment seems to be very clean. The most problem is my room 1 into a very up smell, should be the room carpet, strong smell really, slept very bad all night, smelled 1 night, have not tried so want to leave the room, suggest fixing the carpet

GGuest UserThe hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the JR station, but dining options and convenience stores are a bit of a distance away. The room was quite compact; our double room didn't have enough space for large luggage. Furthermore, the provided upper bunk appeared somewhat dirty and was unusable. However, the hotel offers complimentary breakfast and lobby drinks, along with a small indoor hot spring, making it quite convenient for solo travelers.

DdolenieMy two nights here were a perfect escape. The room felt like a retreat into calm. I especially loved the private baths, quiet, serene, and easy to access.
What made the stay truly unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. From the afternoon tea with a Japanese sweet served in the room to their constant thoughtfulness and gentle smiles, every detail made me feel welcomed and cared for.
My stay here will remain one of the most memorable parts of my time in Japan.

2.The room is 'huge'... kind of like what you’d expect in a good dorm room.
3. The air purification works really well, so the space feels fresh.
Anyway, if you’re traveling solo and staying for one or two nights, I highly recommend checking this place out. By the way, the transportation is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe location is great, very close to the tram station, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. As always, breakfast is included, which is a fantastic perk that Toyoko Inn consistently provides and definitely deserves praise for.

HHei YinThis hotel is the perfect destination to choose when travelling in Tottori. It is very close to the Tottori station and there are a lot of onsen choices, local eateries around too. The onsen provided in the hotel is very good and comfortable too. Overall a wonderful stay.

GGuest UserThe bath was bigger than I thought, and it was in a rental condition in the morning and night.
The futon was very hard on the mattress, and I slept well.
Breakfast was not too much and not too little, and it was a good amount, and I was visually very satisfied.
Location is quite tight without a car, there are not many convenience stores and restaurants around.
The room was small and I was glad that there was a sense of security like my parents' home, but first I smelled the smell of the toilet. Also, the baby of g came out and it was a little disappointing.

RRobbieMcQSecond time I have stayed here. Great hotel, right beside the station. The hotel itself may seem a little outdated but it is very cozy. It is a 10 minute walk to a main street filled with restaurants and bars. About 5 minutes walk to the bus depot if you need to get to the sand dunes. Staff were very nice and polite and helpful

CCoothyThe hotel is located next to Tottori Station, less than 3 minutes from the station and bus stop; it has just celebrated its 50th anniversary and the rooms have been renovated, but the keys are still the same and the soundproofing is so-so; the breakfast food is okay, otherwise you would have to go back to the station for breakfast.

SSlimchinThe location is very good and the nearby restaurants are delicious. Parking is provided in the hotel's garage. Every time you pick up the car, you need staff assistance. Parking is in the hotel's designated parking lot. The hotel can pay the parking fee. The staff are friendly, but most of them do not speak English and communication is a little difficult. The room equipment is very historical, but the victory is clean and tidy. There are laundry facilities on the second and third floors of the hotel, which is convenient.
