LLiwenhaierwuzetianThe location is convenient; you need to take the Donan Bus from the JR station, just two stops to the hotel entrance. The hotel is by the lake, with beautiful scenery, and you can watch the fireworks from the hotel at night – it's amazing. The front desk staff provided detailed information, including the specific times for watching the fireworks. The hotel has indoor and outdoor hot springs, as well as a sauna. We booked one night's stay with two meals included; dinner was plentiful, while breakfast was slightly less impressive, but both were delicious. The hotel is quite old.

DDzulhaidyThe hostel does not have a shared kitchen but only a fridge and a microwave. Only 2 shower booth for the whole hostel but they have a sauna and a bath for sauna user. The bed are okay, the room was quite okay and clean. Its near to the lake and have a free parking beside the building.

AAnonymous UserThe host does not speak English and Chinese. He loves cleanliness. He stayed alone and didn't meet. I saw the note printed on the door. The instructions were very clear. Just go to the room table and get the key. Remember to change your shoes upstairs and lift the stairs. You can't wear shoes when you enter the room. After check-in, I have to call the host and send a small gift, thank you. The bathroom door is not very flexible, but it doesn't matter. The host gave the Wanshige soup coupon. It is enough to pay 500 yen. The soup is very good. There is no need to wash it at the host. Experienced the joy of making your bed and staying at a Japanese homestay! (Tips for Chinese tourists, the homeowner emphasizes that garbage should be sorted, if not, he will bring it to 711 and lose it). In short, I am quite satisfied! Also supplemented the knowledge of tatami. The front desk is on the left door, check in to see if there is your name on several doors. In addition, it is recommended that the gray kerosene heater on the right hand be collected, and the new white one in the corner is fine, otherwise you will really smell the kerosene, and it also wrote a reminder for ventilation at least 2 times in an hour. The white is the new one. There is no problem. In short, a very good homestay experience, thank you host.

张张申贤Four beds, two doubles. The bedding is softer and harder. Very close to the lake, I feel happy to get up in the morning and run a walk. Far from the city, it takes half an hour to drive, all kinds of appliances in the house are complete, beautifully ate a hot pot, washed clothes and dried.

HHAKONAThis hotel offers incredible value for money! It's right on Lake Toya, and the bus stop is literally a few steps from the entrance, with direct service to the JR station. The absolute highlight, though, was the breakfast and dinner – both were delicious and perfectly suited to Chinese tastes. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserIt's got a kitchen and a fridge. Wasn't necessary for us since we wanted to eat out. It was spacious and clean. The bathroom gets cold as it's heat by a space heater in the main room. Water heater is good, tankless and reliable. Washing machine is good, but the dryer function is pretty typically for dryers here, gets clothes to be slightly damp. The location is a bit of a jog from the bus station if you're lugging around luggage, But if you take a right immediately upon exiting the parking lot, then the first left, you can take a flatter route than we took when we first got there. There was construction going on during our stay and started at 8am which was annoying, but only bad after I complained via email. All communication is done through email which is slow, but they were responsive.

TTonyOnRoadConveniently located with clean and tidy rooms. The welcome bar in the lobby is great, offering drinks and some desserts. The hot spring is decent, but it seems to be segregated by gender with different time slots for evenings and early mornings. There are two shuttle buses to Toya Station every morning, which need to be booked by scanning a QR code at the hotel. Breakfast is also pretty good.
