CChaogaojimaliVery quiet, the mattress pillow is very comfortable. Suitable for rest. Breakfast is full. It is convenient to go to the attractions to eat.

AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic! Having a large mall next door (with restaurants, a food court, a supermarket, and a currency exchange) was incredibly convenient. The bus stops for the airport and tourist attractions are right in front of the hotel, making getting around super easy. While tourist spots are a bit far to walk, the bus gets you there in about 10 minutes for a cheap USD 0.4, which was great. Choosing this hotel over others within walking distance was definitely the right decision.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including fruits, vegetables, and Moldovan sweets. The rose jam, in particular, was delicious, and I enjoyed it with bread and yogurt every day. The restaurant itself has high ceilings, giving it an open and airy feel, and the seating is spacious and comfortable. There's also a terrace area with a nice ambiance.
The restaurant staff were wonderful. Irina, the restaurant manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, quickly remembering my name and always greeting me warmly. Marin also remembered my name and greeted me by name every day. Alexandr, the assistant restaurant manager, was also very helpful, assisting with requests, currency exchange, and even explaining coins in detail. He even gave me a Moldovan coin as a souvenir, which was a lovely memory.
Front desk and hotel staff were excellent. Lana and Carolina at the front desk were consistently helpful and answered my questions and requests sincerely every day. They also shared insights into Moldovan culture during our conversations, which was one of the highlights of my stay. Mihaela, the shift manager, was very professional and reassuring.
The room was comfortable, and issues were handled swiftly. My room was new, clean, and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the first room, but I was immediately moved to another. When the shower pressure was a bit low, I contacted them, and the technical manager promptly came to check and resolve it. Valentina, the housekeeper, had a lovely smile, and I looked forward to seeing her every day. She made a genuine effort to speak English.
There was a special touch during my stay. When I inquired about the rose jam I loved at breakfast, Hotel Manager Ana Cozma took the initiative to help. Thanks to her suggestion and arrangements, I received both the rose jam and a special bottle of wine. Later, Ana, the Sales & Guest Relations Coordinator, personally delivered them to my room. I was so touched that I teared up, and she gave me a warm hug. The wine commemorated the 20th anniversary of independence for Moldova, Georgia, and Ukraine, and its concept deeply moved me.
Overall, I spent most of my 6-night stay at the hotel, and it was a very fulfilling experience, including all the interactions with the staff. It was even more memorable than just sightseeing. While the price might be a bit higher, it's definitely worth it. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Moldova.

TTraveling_and_YouThe hotel stayed just a few hours after a long car transfer. The next day early departure. Arrived around 23:00 local time. When booked, the note was informed that the registration bar was running until 8:00 and that the later check-in was warn. The hotel website had a mobile phone number that was attached to VIBER and contacted the hotel. The first, confirmed the presence of my reservation, and the second, it turned out, the registration bar works 24 hours a day. The girl with the respiratory thanked me for informing me about the late arrival.
On arrival and check-in, the staff managed to do their task at 💯 %. And the suitcases helped lift/deposit and taxi quickly called (there was no elevator in the hotel and for me it was invaluable help). To understand, I was one with two small children.
The room was very pleasant, clean, fresh, sorry didn't manage to enjoy.
Since we had a very early departure, we didn't have time for breakfast. We had a lunch boxing, but it came out somehow unsuccessfully (not successfully/uncomfortably packed them), only yoghurt for children. And the number of bags exceeded the number of hands. In any case, I thank you for your care, but it is probably necessary to think about the future as more properly to prepare the guests lunch boxing.

GGuest UserHotel is small but comfortable! Clean, comfortable. Breakfast is good. There is a small offer to replace the shower in the shower cabin. There is no possibility to strip without blowing the hair. Anyway everything is super!
