"We stayed at this hotel with our two kids and took the family room. The hotel is new and very comfortable especially the kids room well organized.The internet connection is fantastic fast and stable everywhere, super important thing for us and for the kids.. In the morning we had breakfast with the kiddos in the cafeteria, instead of the main restaurant hall. Great idea because there are few people, the vibe is very quiet and nobody disturbs nobody. The kids loved the breakfast (and it's not easy to please them!). For dessert we had fresh seasonal fruits cherries, strawberries and apricots.And also the kids were obsessed with the local papanash with jam, delicious! All the staff was very nice to us. Totally recommend for those traveling with kids!! will definitely come back."

Park Lane Hotel

"On booking the hotel was presented as 4⭐️. In reality it turned out to be 3.... It's a huge plus that you can take your pet with you 🐕‍🦺. There is no refrigerator in the room; there was a decent amount of leakage from the shower stall to the toilet. We arrived on the weekend, the windows were open and you could hear music from the neighboring restaurant until one in the morning.. Otherwise it was fine, I liked the breakfast buffet from the belly, the pastry chef was there 🔥. Everything is delicious and I liked the ambience of the room... In general, if you are not picky, then a middle-class hotel will suit you. Thanks to the polite staff"

"Great hotel. Clean and new rooms. Have very nice breakfast available. The location is okay, some rooms that face the streets are loud, but their AC is very nice, so no need to open a window at night. Overall very recommended, will come again!"

Zentrum Hotel

"I am in two minds about Zentrum. The location is great and the rooms (and bed)s are good. Because the rooms have partly wooden floors, you will hear other guests walking around and even talking. This will not be an issue for everyone, but is an issue for me. Breakfast is also a weak point. It is rather boring and they make you pay extra for coffee from the espresso machine! If your are going to be there for a week, the hotel is ok. If your stay is longer, I would recommend elsewhere. Finally this hotel misses a good manager, who would give a heart and a face to the hotel. The staff is young and does not pick up on the signals of the guests."

Bella Donna Hotel

"I booked a twin room, but when I arrived at 11 pm, only a double room was left. The room facilities were very old and worn out; the toilet seat was broken, and the hot water took a long time to come out and wasn't hot at all. I strongly advise against booking there. Breakfast was supposed to be at 9 am, but when I got to the front desk, they said they would prepare it in about 20 minutes."

"The perfect hotel. Excellent location, close to the center without being noisily located. Easy & quick walk to the center, with about everywhere, sights, buildings, statues, the museums, galleries, restaurants, monuments & parks, lake, all perfectly walkable. Airport is 30 mins drive away tops. Bus 30 operates to the center very cheaply, but beware of the taxis, most do not want/like euro or usd. The hotel is clean, warm, comfortable, Lio, chief receptionist, welcoming, warm, helpful. Rooms are very adequate, quiet, safe, warm. I would highly recommend Kuna Hotel for your stay, & if I visited again I'd book again."
