Bintulu Hotels with Parking

During my recent stay at Maxi Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of luxury and comfort it provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant also provided an excellent dining experience, with a menu that featured both local and international cuisine. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Overall, Maxi Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city.

Had a great 2-day stay at NU Hotel Bintulu. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The location is also very convenient, with nearby shops and food places easily accessible. The hotel atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. WiFi connection was good, parking was convenient, and overall the facilities were satisfactory for both short business trips and casual stays. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely a hotel I would consider staying at again when visiting Bintulu.

No noises and easy acess. Friendly & polite staff. Large room so convienient to salah. Bathroom just nice. Breakfast was good. Only the room air condition was not fully cool. Hope some improvement. Thanks.

Love that there is a hot/cold water dispenser in the lobby. Great location next to Jepak bridge and we happened to be there during the Borneo Kite Festival... it was beautiful seeing the lovely kites flying right from our bedroom window.

Introduced by a friend, I was surprised that this hotel is clean and tidy. I am very particular with toilet cleanliness but this hotel really met my requirements. Simple but comfortable. If i come back again to Bintulu, I will stay here again. Front desk staff are also nice.

The reception was nice and we loved the basement parking. The room was alright, but I specifically asked for quiet room away from the lift. Instead I was given the room right next to the lift. We can hear people getting off the lift and going to their room, with their luggag rolling. Our room faced the main room and is very noisy. Their pillows suck big time and we didn't get very good sleep here. The breakfast is alright and there is a small gym.

The owner was really nice. We didn't have local currency, so they helped us find a place to exchange money. The location is quite convenient, close to the mall and not far from the beach either.

Pros: -Staff is helpful & friendly. -Provided TV,water heater, air cond. -Car parking provide at basement hotel. -Fitness center at basement floor. -Walking distance within 1km for hypermarket & food. Cons: -WIFI internet is provided but always request to login access once out of building, hopefully improve it. -Drain water system very slow at bathroom. -Cup did not change when housekeeping after used.

The hotel lobby is big and beautiful. The room need upgrade. The breakfast is just simple breakfast, not recommend to add on. They have promotion for lunch buffet (rm10 for adults and rm5 for children). You get what you paid. The swimming pool is big but the kids pool is close.

Nice hotel & sunset view. near beach with swimming pool & gym facility. a bit quiet here maybe because it is far from town & in industrial areas. toilet & bathroom got some unpleasant smell.
