Homestay operator told me to search ”VOS Penang” in Google maps, I was very confused when arrived the destination, I drove into the wrong car park of next building, because I don't see any signboard writing ”VOS”. Even after I checked in I can't found any ”VOS” wording in the building too. Wondering is it ”VOS” the old name of the building? If yes operator should update their information before provide to customer. Anyway the homestay is clean and neat, it's comfort to overnight there. Except I can't found any cloth hook in whole homestay, my cloth and pant have to put on table, chair, bed or sofa. And the roller blind block nothing except the view. I usually wake up late at around 9am, but these 2 days I woke up at around 7.30am, thanks to the sunlight woke up me earlier to start my brightful days🌞 Lastly, the entrance door can't close completely automatically, the door latch bolt will stuck outside the strike plate, you need to pull down the door lever manually every time to close the door completely. And the funny thing is, their smart lock use password only to unlock (operator do provide a access tag and a key, which can't use on their smart lock or any lock inside the homestay, I not sure why they still provide). Key in password to unlock a smart lock is normal and understandable, but every time I go out have to key in password too, so I can pull down the door lever to close the door, for me are abit ridiculous 😂. Please find someone to fix the door latch bolt, it shouldn't stuck like this. It's will be a perfect homestay if operator solve all these problems.

感覺價格有點貴，但是房間裏面的設備很完善，鍋碗瓢盆都有，院子裏很方便停車。 旁邊也有個菜市場 有豬肉 魚肉 蔬菜賣，在特定的時間也有牛肉賣

地理位置很好，每房間基本上不須共用淋浴間很棒

Booking write 9 pax there are 2 futon beds in the living room but xde. Deposit pay 150. Bed sheet at the checkout time said it was dirty so for king 60 and queen bed sheet 45 have to be paid. So for those who stay here when checking in, check the bed sheet when you want to be clean or not. The room is beautiful and the view is beautiful.

The room is considered ok, the service is good, but I have already stayed. There is no drinking water in the room. There is only a kettle. Overall, it is considered ok. There is no drinking water provided. The atmosphere is like being at home or a homestay in Ayutthaya.

Comfy studio with all amenities and laundry inside the room and very clean.
