Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our experience. The hotel’s direct beach access was a huge plus, especially for the kids, who had a great time. My main feedback is regarding the breakfast restaurant. I think both the service and dining environment could be improved. The air conditioning wasn’t sufficient to keep the entire dining area comfortable, especially during busy hours. The breakfast seating arrangement could also be managed better. Since the downstairs dining area was full, we were assigned a table upstairs. However, the food selection upstairs was very limited, so we had to go back and forth downstairs several times to get the food we wanted. It seemed that the restaurant lacked sufficient space to comfortably accommodate the number of guests during breakfast, which affected the overall dining experience. Other than that, we had a good stay and appreciated the hotel’s excellent beachfront location.

The towels, however, are quite worn out and could use replacing. - 🏊 **Pool:** There is a pool, but it looked a bit gloomy, so we didn't use it. - 👥 **Staff:** The owners are polite and friendly. No deposit is required. There's a front desk, but it's not open 24/7, which is something to keep in mind if you're checking in late. 📌 **Bottom Line:** A simple yet tidy hotel with an excellent location. It's suitable for those looking for affordable accommodation by the sea without extravagant expectations. We were happy with our stay.

small but clean hotel, got i guess around 1 meter pool, meaning small kids need adult supervision. beach with boat operators, food, duty free shop, pink van and car/motorcycle rental all in walking distance. The morning sun is behind the hotel so swimming at the beach can pick a location where there's shade from the tree, i suggest buying a snorkel mask so that if you're lucky you can watch small fish swimming. i will surely book again if i get the chance for next time.

a quick one night stay with affordable price. one way to teluk nipah. not so distance but need transportation to get from jetty to the hotel. comfy bed, clean shower. coffee, tea & hot water at the lobby, but accessable up to 10:30 p.m. only. there's duty free shops, convenience store nearby - just a walk away.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful; the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The hotel's location is strategic, making it easy to get to restaurants and attractions. We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked a 2-night stay, and upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us a room on Level 1. However, we soon discovered that the door lock was faulty and could not be secured. We requested a room change, which the receptionist approved, and we were moved to a room on Level 2. The first night was fine, but on the second night, the air conditioning stopped working, leaving us in an uncomfortably hot room. When I informed the receptionist, she stated that all rooms were fully booked, despite a higher-priced room still being available. At 4 a.m., I could no longer endure the heat and insisted on a solution. Eventually, at 6 a.m., we were moved to the higher-priced room on Level 1.

Enjoy and happy for our trip. Easy location. Good service and facilities. Near the center city. Clean and comfortable rooms with complete facilities. Worth and satisfied with the value of money paid for the accommodation.

Decent hotel with good location. We booked the most basic room without window cos we are just staying for few hours before our night coach. The room is quite ok and comfortable, there is water dispenser at corridor which is a bonus.
