AAiman ShahirahEverything is great. The location, the services, the facilities, the cleanliness all is good and satisfying. I've encountered some issue whereas the hotel has double charged me (prepaid through Trip & at the receptionist). However, the issue was solved quickly and they have refunded my money. Thanks to customer service from Trip and also to the hotel.

AAnonymous UserA nice place to stay, just a walking distance to kipmart, eco shop and food stalls.
My tv had no signal, and the hair dryer was not working. Hopefully can be fixed.
The cleanliness of the room is overall satisfying. Will definitely come back.
