Johnathan49Had our first stay at this new hotel! Some people might confuse it with the other Sheraton in central JB since the names are similar, but they differ in both star rating and location.
The location here isn’t the most convenient, and getting a Grab can be a bit tricky. That said, the service was great—really appreciated how the staff checked in to see if we needed help with transport and even offered water.
Breakfast selection wasn’t huge, but it’s reasonable for a smaller hotel. Just felt the food could be replenished a bit faster.
Overall, a great experience, though the location might be a drawback for some.

Aiman ShahirahEverything is great. The location, the services, the facilities, the cleanliness all is good and satisfying. I've encountered some issue whereas the hotel has double charged me (prepaid through Trip & at the receptionist). However, the issue was solved quickly and they have refunded my money. Thanks to customer service from Trip and also to the hotel.
