Iskandar Puteri Hotels with Parking

It was my first time staying in this place. So check in wasn’t smooth. But after knowing the process, I have understood well and would be easier the next time I choose to stay here. Very good concept as my children enjoyed the room! Very near to Sunway retail park - food, cinema, supermarket are readily available. Good enough if you don’t plan to travel anywhere else. The service team was friendly and promptly reply to any of my queries which I appreciate a lot! Would recommend families with young kids to visit this place as your kids would enjoy the slide, tunnel etc.

Location: Near Legoland and not too far from CIQ. Best if you’re driving, but Grab is available (just fewer drivers around, so book in advance). No shops or eateries nearby. You’ll need to head to Mall of Medini or order via Grab. Cleanliness: Cleaner than many other apartments I’ve stayed in. Just minor dust on the diffuser and bedsheet, but nothing that affected comfort. Service: Excellent service, with fast replies on WhatsApp (except after 10pm). Would be great if there was a drying rack, but amenities like iron, hairdryer, hangers, and even a water dispenser were provided, which was really thoughtful. Facilities: Gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. Vending machines in the lobby were also convenient for quick snacks and drinks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with great service and facilities. Very convenient for those visiting Legoland.

Staying at Almas was an excellent experience from start to finish. The accommodations were very comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring all my needs were promptly met. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I highly recommend Almas for anyone seeking a high-quality stay with great service and comfort. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return.

We recently stayed at UH Flat Hotel in a 2-bedroom unit with our family and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a family trip. The bathtub was a highlight, especially for the kids after a long day of activities! The location is very convenient, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, which made finding meals hassle-free. Being close to Sunway Big Box was another bonus, offering excellent options for shopping, dining, and entertainment, especially the 24-hour book store and indoor playground for the kids. They enjoyed it so so much!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly book here again for our next family holiday in Johor! ❤️

Check-in was a breeze, and they held our luggage, which was super convenient. The room itself was comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool and sky garden were an amazing surprise! The only downside is that dining options in the immediate area are limited, with just one mall nearby for food.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in was hassle-free (a bit of delay but it got sort out shortly) and the facilities were well maintained. Good option if you're visiting the Bukit Indah or Legoland area.

The management service is unsatisfactory. I have stayed here several times and encountered various issues on every occasion. ✘ Check-in was delayed, yet we still waited over an hour to complete the procedure upon arrival. During the wait, we were even offered alternative rooms as our designated room was not ready. ✘ No check-in guidelines were sent by the management after booking. We only got informed at the security gate that entry permission could only be granted after receiving official notification from the management team. ✘ There were obvious hygiene problems in the room. A strong lingering cooking fume odour filled the space, and the floor was greasy. ✘ We can only contact the management via messages with no available phone calls. Their responses are always slow, leaving guests waiting uncertainly and putting us in a passive position. ✘ Refund was not processed promptly after check-out. No payment was received days later, and we had to take the initiative to follow up and claim the refund. Positive points： ✔ The security team maintains strict access control. ✔ The accommodation price is reasonable. *I only choose this place for its convenient location suitable for my business trips. Otherwise, the management needs substantial improvement.

The facilities are fire too: there are swimming pools with stunning views (kids and adults!), a gym that actually has all the essentials, and security that makes you feel genuinely safe. Tiny downside: someone left their clothes on the showerhead (yup, I spotted it right away next to the window in the bathroom 😅). Probably an oversight from the last guest or housekeeping—nothing major but caught me off guard. Other than that, everything else checked out. The area is super quiet and chill, so you can actually relax—no noisy neighbors or street drama. Would I stay here again? 100%! The value-for-money is unreal and the location can’t be beat. I absolutely loved my stay at i-Homestay! Everything was wonderful, from the room and cleanliness to the overall comfort and service. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and felt very happy staying here. In fact, I loved it so much that I wanted to extend my stay for another 4 nights. I contacted customer care to arrange the extension, and I was told that someone would get back to me, but unfortunately nobody followed up. I was honestly a little sad about this, as I really wanted to stay longer. In the end, I had to follow the rules and check out as scheduled. Despite that, my overall experience was amazing, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable.
