GGuest UserIt’s clean, well maintained and the pillow and blanket are soft. It’s ideal for a big family to gather. The pool table adds joy to the gathering. View from the balcony is superb. The host is very attentive too.

MMichieeePrime location, easy to access. Unit is spacious and room sizes are sufficient as described. We love the points whereby water filter is available and the home-like decoration you can feel immediately once stepping into the unit. The only downside is, parking lot layout is quite complicated, took us a bit of time to navigate.

WWanderNotTooFarCheck-in / Check-out: Fully self-service and very smooth. The host provided clear instructions. Just register at the lobby, collect the key from mailbox. For check-out, simply return the key to the same mailbox.
Parking was convenient with two allocated lots - Great plus.
Amenities were good. Although I didn’t get the chance to use the pool or gym, the unit itself had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Big fridge, washing machine with dryer, small electric stove, iron and hairdryer. The only downside was the iron, which had a black stain, so I avoided using it.
Cleanliness can be improved. The floor wasn’t properly swept or mopped when we arrived.
Service was excellent. The host was very responsive and reachable via Whatsapp, which I truly appreciate.
Location is perfect. Walking distance to a mall and also close to a lake, ideal for a quick brisk walk.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with slight improvements in cleanliness, it would be even better.

GGuest UserPlace is clean. There is an 2 option to park the motorcycle. Open carpark with camera and indoor carpark with gantry. Parking provided free. Security very tight. Air con have 2 , ceiling have 2. Have washing machine, can hang dry.
Only television app is youtube overall. Good for stay.. high floor.

AAdeno OngThere were a number of issues I faced with this unit, 16-14 Meridin Walk.
1. Air-conditioning unit leaked It created a large puddle of water in the room which I had to use a towel to wipe.
2. The drainage in the shower appears to be clogged. I was in ankle deep water while showering.
3. It appears that the unit has not been wiped or mopped. Hair clumps are seen on the floor and dust accumulation on most surfaces.
4. The washing machine's drainage hose was not connected. This resulted in another bigger puddle of water in the room.
5. Finally, one of the plastic chairs broke when I sat on it. I'm under 70kg so it was very surprising the chair broke. I fell but thankfully I did not suffer any broken bones.
After writing my feedback, they sent someone to fix the leak in the AC and Washing machine. However, I don't dare to sit on the chair.
In summary, this place was not well cleaned, not well maintained. I would caution against staying here.

DDannyGoh78What you see is what you get. The studio room was clean and spacious with many amenities such as dryer, microwave and so on. The bed was super comfortable and had great sleep throughout the nights. Water pressure was good with heater. The common corridor was so windy even at 11th floor. Pool is Olympic size and kids friendly. There was a sauna but didn't have opportunity to use it due to lack of time. Checking in process was simple but with minor hiccup as initially I couldn't figure out where Tower C was as I saw only tower A and B. My bad. For anyone who get Tower C, I would suggest to park your vehicle at LG floor for easy access. Tower A & B could proceed with G floor parking. Great place and would recommend to anyone who wish to put night(s) there 👍
