Had a comfortable stay! The room was clean, staff were friendly, and location was convenient. Check-in/check-out was smooth, and amenities met expectations. Great value for the price. Only minor issue was slow Wi-Fi. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Thanks for the hospitality.

Uninvited guest (Cockroach) in the room for 2 nights. After complained, no housekeeping been done and just passed use the insect spray.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. This was my second stay at the hotel. Compared to my previous visit, the experience this time was not as good, especially in terms of room preparation and amenities. I booked a Deluxe King Room, which is stated to accommodate up to 2 guests. However, the bathroom amenities prepared seemed to be for one person only. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste provided, which was unexpected. Based on the photos, the toilet paper also appeared to be continued from the previous guest rather than replaced with a new roll. We checked in late at night, and after a long journey, we were already tired. Because of this, it felt inconvenient to request additional items that ideally should have been prepared in the room upon check-in. The water bottles provided were sufficient, but coffee or tea packets were not included. Interestingly, sugar and creamer packets were provided, which felt a bit unusual without the coffee or tea. The TV channels were basic, which was acceptable. Room cleanliness was fine and met my expectations. I would also like to mention that the receptionists in the morning during checkout were friendly and welcoming, which was appreciated. However, the night shift staff felt less warm in comparison. The location is not in the city center, about 10–15 minutes’ drive without traffic, and longer during peak hours. The price this time was slightly higher compared to my first stay, which would have been acceptable if all the basic amenities were properly provided. Considering this, there may be other hotels or Airbnbs nearby that offer better value for money. Overall, the stay was okay, but more consistent service standards and room preparation, especially compared to my previous stay, would greatly improve the experience.

This condominium exceeded my expectations in every way. The environment is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. Security is excellent, making residents feel safe day and night. The facilities are modern and convenient, especially the swimming pool, gym, and parking area. I also love the friendly management staff who are always helpful and professional. The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The atmosphere feels comfortable and relaxing, making it a great place to live or invest in. Overall, this condo offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and quality living. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a wonderful home.

My flight was early, around 7 AM the next day. I wanted to find accommodation close to the airport. The photos looked okay, so I decided to give it a try. Check-in required contacting me via WhatsApp. After a lot of effort, I was finally allowed in. I noticed mold on the walls outside the entrance, which made me suspicious. Upon entering, I saw small spiders and obvious mold on the walls. The sheets also had small stains. Most importantly, the bathroom exhaust fan was incredibly loud. I strongly suggest not turning it on. I only planned to stay one night, but I'll never book at this price again. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Very affordable, close to interesting places at bundusan and basicly inside a city

Pleasant stay, the facilities are in great condition. Clean and cosy. Very recommended. Just walk to the mall for everyday need.

Very good hotel for a family stay. The kids’ facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which feels like a mini water park and is perfect for children. There are also two playgrounds, giving kids more options whether they want to play or swim. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service laundry, which is very convenient. There are nearby shops such as Speedmart and Orange, as well as several food options like Kopi Ping and Ayam Penyet, making it easy to find meals and daily necessities. I would also like to highlight the honesty and helpfulness of the staff. I accidentally left my tablet behind, and the staff contacted me promptly and helped arrange its return. Their service was truly appreciated and made our stay even better.

The overall feeling is very good

The single bed is a safety hazard..hopefully host can change the whole bed frame..other than that maybe add an induction cooker..😉..i had a pleasant stay here
