GGuest UserThe luckiest thing this time was that we saw the snow-capped mountains during the rainy season. The overall environment of the hotel's public areas was very good, with many South Asian plants and flowers that were particularly beautiful. The service of the staff in various positions was also very good. The breakfast and the room were very average. The room was very old, and the sleeping room had two beds put together. Fortunately, there was a balcony, and you could see the snow-capped mountains when you opened it. However, because it was at the top of the mountain, there were also many mosquitoes and birds. The worst thing was that the soundproofing was very poor. The local Nepalese people in the next room should have come for vacation on the weekend and had a party in the room. It was very noisy and it was noisy until after one o'clock. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I complained to the front desk. The front desk stopped them within about 2 minutes. The service was really good. My friend and I were watching the snow-capped mountains on the rooftop observation deck, and the staff also brought us free drinks.

GGuest UserCustomer service was satisfactory but rooms were not clean. Had a strange smell. Bed sheet and blankets were smelly too. I recommend you to please change bed sheets and blanket sheet after each use and keep a room freshener spray inside.
