JjhoebiOne of the best hotel ive been to. 5/5 to me.. Very good service and good food and breakfast is superb. i love their champorado. definitely one of my best trip in Cebu. Worrh travelling even its quote far from the airport. The room are so clean and spacious. We love their executive lounge. I will surely recommend it to my family and friends.

My family and I had a great time staying there for a few days.
Lovely was truly lovely—it really suited her name. She was the most accommodating from the very start. We wanted to thank her again during check-out, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see her. She went above and beyond in hospitality, and you’re lucky to have her. Keep up the great work.
As for breakfast—OMG, we loved it! Special mention to the one who makes the coffee. Just a small note: it would be nice to improve or change the chafing dishes so the food stays hot. Other than that, the food and service were great.
I will definitely choose this hotel from now on, as we always stay in the city for a few days before heading to our rest house.
See you again soon, and thank you for the birthday cake and balloons!

__ayxxxk__Locals told me this is the most luxurious hotel in Cebu.
The opulent lobby and the kind, attentive staff truly impressed me.
The view from my room wasn't great as there was construction (probably another hotel) directly across, but the room was cleaned beautifully every day, making my stay very comfortable. I was also very happy to have a bathtub, as hotels with tubs are quite rare in Cebu. This meant the bathroom was quite spacious. Although you could see into the room from the outside, closing the curtains solved that completely.
The amenities were excellent, including toothbrushes, razors, combs, and more! I was also pleased to find body lotion.
I booked a plan with breakfast included, and I'm so glad I did! There was a wide variety of dishes, and the menu changed slightly every day, so I never got bored. While some dishes had a strong smell, the taste wasn't bad at all.
There are pools on the 4th and 5th floors, and the views were absolutely stunning, so I highly recommend checking them out. The pool on the 4th floor is smaller, but the panoramic views are fantastic for taking photos. The gym was also available 24 hours.
If I ever go to Cebu again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. It was so wonderful that I didn't want to go back to Japan...

The food was excellent, and I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet.

JJackson Kong 老江I stayed in the River View Club Suite from December 27-29, 2025. The room was very spacious and comfortable! Upon checking in, I noticed the safe wasn't working, so I called the front desk using the in-room phone. After waiting 30 minutes with no one showing up, I called again and was told someone would be right there to fix it. I then took a bath, and when I drained the tub, the entire bathroom flooded, likely due to a pipe issue. I called the front desk again to report this and mentioned that the safe still hadn't been fixed. I told them I was heading to the Club and then dinner, and that maintenance could enter the room to fix things. After dinner, around 9 PM, I returned to my room. The bathtub issue was resolved, but the safe still hadn't been touched, so I called again. Finally, someone came to fix it.
Overall, it's a very good five-star hotel, and being next to a shopping mall (擅长 can also mean 'good at', but in context 'shopping mall' or 'commercial area' seems more likely here for convenience) is very convenient. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were all excellent. However, there's a need to improve the seafood quality. My main concern is that the hotel staff need to improve their hospitality. Most of the staff didn't greet guests or smile, which isn't what I'd expect from a five-star hotel.

GGuest UserThe price is very cheap but the place is very clean, they offer good breakfast (silog meals), staff are all well trained and willing to assist. Guard is very helpful. Overall good experience. Will surely book this again when we visit Cebu again. They have a small cafe and you can order good food and drinks. 10/10 :)

GGuest UserOverall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

PPaulVIIt is a hotel with nice rooms for a cheap price. Staff is very friendly and especially the breakfast service was great. As far as the rooms are concerned our room was very clean on arrival. However we extended our stay with one day and the second day the room was not done at all. This was certainly not up to the standards of good housekeeping. We took this hotel as due to the earthquake court building was out of order and is now making use of this hotel. Maybe that is why housekeeping service was not so good.
But it is certainly a nice hotel with good and big rooms and worth the price
