Decent place to stay for the cost. Nice to have supermarkets and restos essentially next door. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. If you need a somewhat quiet ask for something not on the side of the main road as it can be noisy.

Great stay! The Filipino front desk team is super warm and helpful. The local road conditions are shown in the pictures. The hotel isn't in the central business district（cebu is not big city), but has a lovely neighborhood feel. While downtown Cebu can feel a bit aged and neglected, this community vibe is actually much more relaxing and comfortable The room is well-maintained, making the whole experience very pleasant.

This hotel is on the way to Topshill and has a very family-like atmosphere. It has a small swimming pool and the staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. We I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, Tsai Hotel provided great value for money with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. We booked for a two bedroom unit, but they gave us only one bedroom unit. We needed to pay additional fee just to be transferred to the right room which we booked. In the room, the aircon is so noisy. It blows directly to your face because it’s just beside the bed. You either turn it off to avoid the noise and the inconvenience brought by direct blowing of the aircon on your face or suffer from too much heat. It was so uncomfortable. There is no rug and broom provided. We booked for five nights and the room become very dirty because there is no broom and rug provided for the room.

Good location close to good restaurants and Starbucks. Staff is professional, nice and helpful. Daily housekeeping. Need to clean the balcony as well while cleaning. Comfy beds, clean sheets. Large rooms. It’s nice if they can replace the mini bar into a new one. Aircon is good but a little louder. Need to wait around 10 minutes while the water running for a hot shower. Breakfast was average. We got comfortable and stayed for a few nights already

Amazing location! Breathtaking mountain views. You can enjoy meals with the view in the hotel mountain cafe. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Found us 2 motorbikes to go around the area (which is also very beautiful). I really recommend this stay!
