GGuest UserIf you’re looking for a peaceful escape away from crowded places like San Juan, this spot is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The place itself is beautifully maintained—everything just feels so welcoming and well thought out.
What really made the experience even better was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, which made the whole visit feel extra special.
Definitely a place worth coming back to. Highly recommended if you want somewhere quiet, cozy, and genuinely enjoyable.

GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed at Awesome hotel for a few nights and were very impressed, great hotel with exceptional service. Loved the look and feel of the hotel which is located north end of Urbiztondo beach only a few minutes walk along the beach to all the cafes, restaurants etc. The room was excellent, nice amount of room, with quality from the TV, the bathroom and washing supplies (they use paraben free bath gel etc). We had a room overlooking the pool and ocean view which was lovely.
Shaina at reception checked us in and out and did a fantastic job, very efficient and friendly service.
A couple of points for feedback - The pool was not accessible as they had some work being done, it would have been good to know this before booking. The gym is excellent, and big with all the equipment and weights you need. the only downside is, that it's located in the basement area and is a little dark, brigher lighting would have been better.

The location is absolutely stunning, with pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters creating a tranquil paradise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The resort's amenities, including the pool and dining options, were top-notch and greatly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend Marand Beach Resort by Cocotel for anyone looking to escape and unwind in a beautiful setting.

GGuest UserThis is my third time staying at Aureo and I'm satisfied so far. It combines the best of a beautiful and wide natural beach with a combination of pools that will satisfy each member of the family. My only gripe is that the waste bins are too small and some toilet stalls are too tight, i.e. the door is too near the edge, which can be difficult for taller guests. Service is excellent. Congratulations to management and staff!

GGuest UserThe room I got was on promo. And it did not disappoint for a solo traveler. Rooms are clean and has 24/7 info desk which were very nice and welcoming.
Would recommend this place and would consider re-booking the next time!

GGuest Userextremely nice staff. place is a bit old but decently managed. room is decent enough with cold air conditioning unit and working bidet & hot shower. two things i did not like, however, was the very thin blanket and that there was only 1 outlet located at the other side of the room, far away from the bed.

AAnneThe wifi signal was difficult in the pool area and we had to ask the front desk multiple times to fix the room wifi. The shower water was also very slow. The cafeteria has no onsite waiters, you will have to look for them in order to order. The aircon wasn't cold enough for a room that's for 4 pax so we had to ask for an extra fan in the room.
But the pool is good especially if you have kids. The beach area is also clean and not crowded so that's a good point. The food price is also affordable. The location if good for those who have private cars but i'll be quite far for commuters to find places to eat outside of the hotel.

GGuest UserI was transferred to the other branch which is in San fernando, The place is really nice 2 mins walk to go to the beach and 5-10 mins ride to san juan. The land lady is very accomodating will surely comeback.
