GGuest UserThe staff were incredibly nice and polite throughout our stay. The floors and surroundings were very clean and well-maintained, which made the place feel even more comfortable. And the sunset view? Absolutely magical such a beautiful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!
However, I was very disappointed with the Trip.com booking and refund process. I originally booked two rooms, but one of the rooms was suddenly cancelled by the hotel and trip.com. It has already been 7 days, and I still haven’t received any update regarding my refund and its hard to contact them . What made it more frustrating is that the cancellation was not on my end — they were the ones who cancelled the booking, yet the refund process is taking far too long.
Because of this issue, I had to urgently look for another hotel and make another payment to cover our stay. I hope Trip.com and the hotel improve their room availability updates and customer service to avoid this kind of hassle for future guests.

AAnonymous UserThe place was very beautiful and peaceful, and our experience for the entire stay was far beyond the price we paid. The staff was also very accommodating, they even dropped us off at the nearest station for commuters after our check out when they realized we only commuted our way there. The beach was very serene and private,. You can see the crowd growing at the other side of the shore while we were the only ones in front of the resort. The only thing we wish they'll improve is the bad smell coming from the water of the sink and the shower. But overall the place is really nice and we will surely come back there with more company next time.

DDrxhI recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Marand Beach Resort by Cocotel, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The location is absolutely stunning, with pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters creating a tranquil paradise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The resort's amenities, including the pool and dining options, were top-notch and greatly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend Marand Beach Resort by Cocotel for anyone looking to escape and unwind in a beautiful setting.

GGuest UserThis is my third time staying at Aureo and I'm satisfied so far. It combines the best of a beautiful and wide natural beach with a combination of pools that will satisfy each member of the family. My only gripe is that the waste bins are too small and some toilet stalls are too tight, i.e. the door is too near the edge, which can be difficult for taller guests. Service is excellent. Congratulations to management and staff!

GGuest Userextremely nice staff. place is a bit old but decently managed. room is decent enough with cold air conditioning unit and working bidet & hot shower. two things i did not like, however, was the very thin blanket and that there was only 1 outlet located at the other side of the room, far away from the bed.

AAnneThe wifi signal was difficult in the pool area and we had to ask the front desk multiple times to fix the room wifi. The shower water was also very slow. The cafeteria has no onsite waiters, you will have to look for them in order to order. The aircon wasn't cold enough for a room that's for 4 pax so we had to ask for an extra fan in the room.
But the pool is good especially if you have kids. The beach area is also clean and not crowded so that's a good point. The food price is also affordable. The location if good for those who have private cars but i'll be quite far for commuters to find places to eat outside of the hotel.

GGuest UserI was transferred to the other branch which is in San fernando, The place is really nice 2 mins walk to go to the beach and 5-10 mins ride to san juan. The land lady is very accomodating will surely comeback.
